Le complexe est très beau, agréable. Cependant le service laisse à désirer. Nous étions avec 2 enfants en bas âge, nous avions précisé cela dans la réservation. A notre arrivée en fin d après midi nous n avions pas de lit bébé à disposition. Nous avons dû attendre 20h15 pour recevoir le premier lit et 23h pour le 2e. Nous avons dû demander 3 fois pour avoir un nettoyage de notre chambre une journée. (Nettoyage prévu initialement vers 12h, à l heure de la sieste de nos enfants), nous avions prévenu la réception à 15h que la chambre était libre, puis à 18h car ce n était toujours pas fait et encore une fois à 20h. Pas de départ tardif possible. L hôtel est beau, plutôt propre, les animations autour de la piscine très sympathiques et les animateurs sont très avenants et gentils avec les enfants.

L'hotel est moderne et neuf. Tres belle vue avec une chambre de base. Une attention particulière à la propreté et à la desinfection des chambres. Le service en chambre est très pratique avec une tablette connectée. Les piscines sont agréables et il y a 2 parcs aquatiques un pour les petits et 1 pour les plus grands (120 cm taille min pour y accéder). Les restaurants sont tres variés français (que pour les adultes), asiatiques,poisson, grillades, italiens et buffet. Mon préféré était l'Oceana. Les soins du spa sont de grandes qualités. J'ai fait un soin du visage et une pedicure. Nous avons fait 2 excursions Saona et Jungle buggie et c'était génial.Enfin un bravo aux personnels, animateurs Michelle (au kids club), Myke Tison et aux artistes ( Darling, Machine, Jerry, La beba, Mary, Josue...) qui se donnent à fond. On en oublie presque le covid.

I didn’t like the room that we stayed in. To be honest I believe they were making several changes throughout the floor that we stayed on. So I’m not sure if the room needed to be renovated.

Loved it. Staff were great. Moana, Rosa, Chris, Lucy and Luisa were amazing and caring. My kids loved them. Advice for the hotel: Hotel needs maintenance overall to keep up with deterioration. Music and food could be better. Try to embrace the beautiful Dominican culture you have. We don’t travel from the US to experience the same thing we could get here.

We had an amazing stay at this resort. We did the preferred swim up room and it was the best thing we ever did. Our butler Johanny was great, we didn't need him much but he was extremely responsive and would make reservations for us if needed. He also looked after taking care of our luggage on check out. Resort was great, rooms were clean, food was okay.. not the greatest but it's expected it. The cafe was great, made the best cappucinos's in the morning and had lots of lovely little sweet bites! The ladies were very polite and accomodating. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort. But I would also recommend paying a little extra for the preferred room.

Stayed with kids and they enjoyed the water park pool, beach, the kids club and night entertainment the most. I think those are the best what this resort offers as well. The cons : - cleanliness - rooms very not very clean, pigeons on the balcony, nothing was cleaned there, cockroaches on the property. - service, very spotty. Our room door lock was broken and we couldn’t close the door. 4 days later I realized the door was closing but not locking and there was no way of locking it from the inside or outside. Our room stayed unlocked for our entire stay. - the food was the worst I have had in an all inclusive resort. - the game room was an extra charge which I think is tacky.

We really enjoyed our trip to Dreams Macao. Our 4 teens loved everything about the whole stay, especially the Preferred Pool, the Lazy River, and the entertainment staff. Accommodations: We stayed in a 2 br villa in the. It was Spacious, comfortable and private. Our private pool was perfect during the late afternoons/evenings, and I personally enjoyed it as a shady retreat after lunch. We didn't need to use our butler except for a few reservations, some help with arranging for luggage pick up and some extra snacks in the room. Food: My teens loved the food. My husband and I were not wowed, but it was fine, and I appreciate that the kids actually ate real food. I compared it to a step up from cafeteria food, but it was fine and we didn't expect it to be much better. The coffee was great, so were the drinks. Accessibility: We have a teen with multiple disabilities, and we travel where we want, when we want, and we make it work (sometimes it sucks and sometimes it's great). We were pleasantly surprised with how accommodating Dreams Macao was. The whole resort was accessible to her in a wheelchair. The staff was gracious and helpful. Even though our room was not "accessible", it worked great for her. She was treated better in the DR than she is when traveling in the USA. The maintenance staff even helped me fix a broken foot rest on her wheelchair, which could have ruined the rest of our vacation! Definitely would recommend Dreams Macao!

Overall, this was a great hotel. Restaurants were good. Staff was kind and friendly; really made the experience lovely. My son has food allergies and Melany was such a great help to us! The staff at the world cafe were great, especially Lisette, Ricardo and Martine. Entertainment staff were amazing and put on such a great show every night. My kids have not stopped talking about them. Negatives about our trip: Check in experience was awful. We arrived at 3:30 PM and did not get our room until 6:00 PM. It was a long travel day for us and we have two young children. We were not pleased having to wait 2 hrs for our room. They told us our room was upgraded due to the wait, but it was worse than the original room we were supposed to have. Check-out was very bad. We had requested a late check out and they told us we could stay in the room until 1 PM. At 12 PM we got multiple calls from the front desk staff every five minutes telling us we needed to check out immediately which was very stressful for us since had been told 1PM was ok! Since had to check out at 1PM (flight was at 9), my husband left our luggage at with the concierge, and had the carry on with him. He was followed by 3 security guards because of this. They were very rude and said he couldn’t have his carry on with him. This wasn't a matter of miscommunication because even when I spoke to them about it in Spanish (I’m fluent) they had no real reason for following my husband, just a Power Trip!

For an all inclusive resort the fact that the children's arcade section has an upcharge to use it seems kind of petty. Premium alcohol availability is inconsistent- you might be able to have Gray Goose one day, next day only absolute vodka is available and the next Smirnoff.

We found cockroaches in the room. The US$200 cash bonus per room is a fake, we nearly had to beg for it and at the end they chose where to spend it. The food and drinks were terrible. Very dissatisfied!

Everyone at this resort was lovely. The rooms were clean and spacious. The showers were cute but not practical. We found turning both shower heads on seemed to help keep the water temperature consistent. Water does leak out of the door. We had a butler and only saw him once, but he texted and checked in if we needed anything. Not sure what you would need him for since the app is great and you can request room service, restock water, order room service and check the activities. You are not able to make reservations at restaurants but we only had to wait a few minutes. The food was fine. As an average American woman I found the serving sizes to be quite small. None of the meals impressed me. It was all just fine. I found myself craving fresh vegetables, as there were hardly any offered. The bar located beyond the pool (the one with the swings) was by far the best. They were friendly, never too crowded, made the best drinks. The entertainment team was great - especially for my 10 year old. He is too old for kids club, too young for teen activities. Baby Face and Victor OG made both of us feel welcome and excited to be there. The pools were never too crowded. Tubes are provided for the Lazy River but some people did bring their own for that or the pool. We booked the preferred package but honestly, there was no need. The swim out room would have been fun for my son. Overall.... It was a GREAT trip!!!
