Dommage que l'eau des robinets ne soit pas potable, on doit se priver de beaucoup d'aliments qui ont été lavés avec cette eau ainsi que de boissons. Une représentante nous a fait visiter le côté VIP et il n'y avait pas d'indication de ne pas boire d'eau dans les chambres de bain des suites luxueuses ,elle est donc potable à quelques centaines de pieds de l'hôtel, elle est donc traitée. Même si j'ai fais très attention, j'ai été malade , c,est un mauvais souvenir de mes vacances

Hôtel neuf, manque de rodage: 1- Buffet insuffisant et mal calibré dès remplissage de l'hôtel . 2-Dans les chbres swinp up ils manquent un porte serviette supplémentaire et étendoir pour linge mouiller. 3-Securite des ballustrades vitrées à revoir . 4-Gros problème de mouches à régler. 5- Renforcer le service pour le stand glaces et crêpes très prisé. 6-Manque de décorations générales. 7-Enorme probléme de parking, surtout le week end. 8- A revoir totalement le blocage de l'entrée de l'hôtel avant 14h30.. toutes les voitures etaient bloqués sur la voie public...incompréhensible voir redibitoire. 9- Manque de jeux, ex: ping pong, baby foot,... En résumé de grosse amélioration à faire . Petit plus, très bonne réception au lobby et sejour qui reste convenable.

Desde la primera noche fue un desastre no teníamos aire acondicionado y nadie de la recepción contestaba y cuando fui a recepción ahí estaban y me dijeron que tenía que esperar la comida horrible la atención nada de nada nunca podían toallas limpias y tenía que ir a buscar lo único bueno que puedo decir es la playa que está apartada y los muchachos bartenders que son dos hermanos si fueron súper buenos y muy buena atención,he estado en varios hoteles todo incluido en punta cana y nunca había tenía este problema.

The updated rooms are modern and clean. Although the normal rooms are outdated, the buildings don't have elevators, and some room smell really musty and humid. The front desk and sports bar staff provide excellent service. The food at the buffet was okay, it was hard to get a reservation to a restaurant as they’re always full. Also, the time to get food is a bit limited. Furthermore, the beach, pool, ice cream and coffee shop were cleanly and nice. There are no clubs in the resort and not many fun activities. Overall it was a good stay.

To claim this place is a 5-Star is incredibly false. A 2-Star on its best day. The food is inedible. What should be cold is hot and what should be hot is cold. Flies maul the food on the buffet; the rooms are hot with lots of humidity. We were in 3 different rooms during the stay. They could not get the a/c to blow cold; their timeshare sales reps are obnoxious and terrible liars; there were roaches and worms in the room; bar staff could not care less that you are there; the locals are rude and extremely loud. I can go on and on about this place. Beware.

I came. Here with my family and my 3 month old son. They knew i had a baby and booked me on the second floor. Which would be okay if the elevators worked. None of the elevators in the hotel were working and they had no plan on them being fixed. I had to have my fiance help me bring up the carriage every day multiple Times up the stairs. This was a big inconvenience ans when i talked to the staff about the issue they had no resolution. They asked if i wanted to move to another building (which still had no elevator). If my booking says i have a baby and would need an elevator atleast prewarn your guests they dont work. The events at night were great and the event staff were excellent and definitely knew how to make this trip memorable . The food was okay.

If you want a relaxing vacation with good food, good customer service and a peace of mind.... This is NOT the place. If you're lucky, 2 out of 10 employees provide good service with a smile. All employees need training asap, specifically in the arena of what professional etiquette is. Our first assigned room smelled terrible. Mind you this was the "luxury" suite. We had to request to get a different room. The food was not appetizing at all. Let me emphasize..it was not good! there is some sort of VIP club membership. If you are part of it, you will get access to all the other restaurants in the hotel in which of course the food is better and provides variety. The staff will tell you and swear up/down that this is not true. we got the talking to a few of the employees (while we tried several times to get a reservation) that only those with this exclusive club member access get to reserve in the restaurants. They even went on to say, that even if you do become successful in geting a reservation as a normal client , a client with the exclusive membership can essentially bump you off the list. So what does this tell the regular client... All you'll be eating is food from the buffet, which will be the same food over and over . Unless you fancy eating from the sports bar which is even worse than the buffet. We had to leave the resort to get a decent meal. Staff will tell you they have 13 culinary alternatives, and they do not.

I was unfortunately disappointed with this resort. It advertised multiple restaurants yet there was only 1 specialty restaurant available each night which was impossible to make a reservation for therefore, you had to eat at the buffet every night. Drinks were very watered down and did not taste good and there was no name brand liquor unless you were a part of their “members only club.” The resort did not have washcloths until my last day and my water shut off while I was showering so I had to rinse off with bottled water. I was very unimpressed with my stay and definitely do not believe this resort is a 5 star, more like a 3 star.

The resort is beautiful but the cleaning staff can be rude. Also we spent a few days as a family spent a lot of money & they never accommodated us at any of the restaurants at the resort we went for my grandsons 1st birthday & they didn’t care so we had to pay to go out to eat. It was okay the stay

this resort was mediocre at best. The saving grace was the spa. absolutely an amazing spa great services and lovely atmosphere and which can’t be said for the rest of the resort as a whole. It was okay our room had multiple issues, the shower didn’t drain well, the curtains had holes in them, the lamps were rusty, etc. nothing was deal breaking but definitely attention to detail was lacking. The food here was probably the worst part, aside from the restaurants at the resort which were actually good, the buffet and other food areas were next to inedible unless you stuck to fruit and bread. The property itself was nice, however it could definitely benefit from more consistent maintenance and cleanliness outdoors.

The room was in bad shape. Not clean with several stains and visible not cleaned areas, cracked bathroom sink counters, door was broken and had to be fixed. Food was not great. But atmosphere, gym, and shops were awesome.

We were able to drink the water at the property that they served to us without any stomach issues. I liked that they gave us extra waters and towels when we asked for them. I liked that they had different food options at the buffet, but some of it was bland. The food could be better but it didn’t ruin our experience. I’d say that guests need to do a better job at picking up after themselves at the beach because they just left their trash when there’s a trash can around every corner. We couldn’t ever find free beach chairs because everyone always claimed them in the early morning. I personally think there should be a policy where you have to actively occupy the chairs to be able to use them, but what do I know. The staff were awesome and the excursion office was great at helping us pick out two trips for our week long trip. I would recommend seeing the monkeys and the VIP snorkeling excursion. There was a mixed atmosphere at the resort with partygoers and beach bums. I would personally go there again because it’s beautiful, safe, and welcoming at the resort. I do think they could make some improvements on what I listed here though!
