Le service était excellent, tout le monde est très attentif et vint au devant de nos besoins. Le manque de choix dans les restaurants, on a vite fait le tour du menu, nous aurions aimé avoir accès à un buffet au moins a pour le lunch, s’asseoir pendant 1:30 pour manger un lunch c’est long …. La plage est très petite et le manque de chaise était un problème aussi.

The access to food and alcohol was limited. Bars close by 11pm and all food you have to sit down to get, no walk up and grab aside from breakfast. The best place for food was Rita’s and it was closed 2 of the 5 days we attended for a “private event”, however we could spend $60 to get food on a floating tray from Rita’s, even though on a normal day it was included in the all inclusive package. No alcohol is included in the rooms. You can use your points to buy beer only from the store, otherwise you have to purchase it. The spa staff prey on the drunk. The bartender at the main bar was rude every single day and the drink menu was non-existent. And they’re not allowed to make “mixed shots” and half the time they wouldn’t even give shots at all. Theres a raccoon family living in the beach house. The property itself was beautiful and clean. Most of the staff was nice.

The property itself was beautiful. Sat on the beach. Lots of beach front property to relax on. Lots of pools and seats to lounge at. The hours of the bars were whack. They wouldn’t give out shots of liquor. The food spots were limited. Rita’s tacos was closed 3 out of the 4 days for private events. The other two restaurants wouldn’t sit 6 in a quickly manner. The beach house has pet raccoons & birds eating from the buffet. The staff was hit or miss in friendliness. The rooms were not stocked with alcohol and you could not room service any of it. The room service food was better than the inseat restaurant food. They had no drink menus except at the one swim up bar. No ginger beer for Moscow mules. The rooms were good size. The swim up rooms were huge. Overall. Wouldn’t not return due to the food just being NOT good. Rita’s taco house was the best and that was only available to us 1 out of 4 days.

The property didn’t have much to do. Unless you like drinking after one day we were ready to go. Dining closes so early, we had to room service a lot. The menu is extremely limited. We could not wait to leave the resort to eat and actually get full.

Overall, this resort was very ideal for our first trip to Puerto Morelos!! No resort is completely perfect, however, it was a lovely stay here and would very much consider coming back again. Pros: The staff were very attentive to our needs. I felt very well taken care of by the staff! And, they work really hard! The grounds around the resort were well taken care of! This isn’t a very large resort, which is exactly what we wanted. We never had any trouble finding a lounge chair at the beach or by the pool. I very much enjoyed getting coffee from the shop inside the main area, along with getting smoothies too! There were plenty of food options at all the restaurants for everyone’s taste. I very much liked that each room received a certain amount of points that you can use to purchase snacks and drinks to supplement a mini bar. Cons: Even though there were plenty of food options, the resort would share certain kinds of food between each of the restaurants. After a while, the food did start to taste the same. I am glad we left the resort and explored the area to try other local food options to mix up the palate. The resort had plenty of activities at different times of the day, which was wonderful to try out when we wanted to. Our rooms were located pretty near the main bar that had late night music. I do wish that at check-in, I was asked about location of rooms and if I had a preference for a more quieter room. The music didn’t go past 11am at least.

Older looking, smaller resort. Some rooms at the back of the property are noisy as it backs onto the resort maintenance department. (Your get a low end room if you book via 3rd party). The 2 restaurants are good. Buffet breakfast was limited and not to a high standard. The one thing that upset us as family was not being able to use the gym with our 15 year old daughter (18 ) never had that at any resort we’ve been to. Overall it’s an ok chilled environment but we wouldn’t return.

I would not return or recommend this resort. Food made me sick multiple times, several staff were rude and gave incorrect information. The pools were often dirty and you couldn’t get food at the pools.

I’ve been to this resort 4 times now and I plan to go again before end of 2024. The resort is smaller than most and that makes for a great experience. No overcrowding and staff is top notch!

Staff was friendly and helpful, the beaches were very clean however reserved you spot early in the morning to get a good spot at the beach as well as by the pool

Loved. Only bad thing that happened was having to leave. Also they did a mini reno to a bar right in front our room for 2 nights, from 6 pm to 12 am. We had to complain 2x. Everything else was amazing. Would go back.

We come to this hotel because of the staff mostly, they are so kind and attentive and they work hard for their tips. The resort is smaller and that means less walking and people. The ratio of staff to guests is great. The food is good and plentiful and we always have the best times there. The only thing I would change is the option to make dinner reservations by phone or the app.
