« Very surprised by this stunning property. Had 24/7 security and was gated. A thunderstorm knocked out our wifi and I texted the property manager about it.. she had it fixed immediately! So helpful and quick to respond. The beach was very quiet and the sunsets were incredible. 10/10 »

« We enjoyed our 4 week stay in this lovely beachfront condo. Kitchen was well stacked with utensils. Bedrooms very spacious and tranquil.The complex is beautiful and very well kept by groundsmen. Security staff were always visible and on hand. The only drawbacks were the distance from the town for groceries and access to the beach which differed greatly from the pictures on the website. »

« was not provided with a Ground floor Suite. Instead was provided with a Simple Motel quality room on the 2nd floor, that lacked Any furniture = Nowhere to sit. No complimentary Safe. Poor internet access. Soft bed, with Extra-Large pillows = too full / bad for the neck. The Food was fair / Ok. Nothing Special, even in the better restaurants. Had to reserve a table each day = A Real Hassle. 3rd -World quality Shuttle bus to get around the resort. Water drinks and low quality beer / wine.Security...

« The apartment is well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need. The service staff is friendly and helpful. The supermarket and the restaurants on the beach in Cabarete are a 15 to 20 minute walk away. A lovely walk along the beach. We found our stay very nice and have already stayed in this complex for the second time. »

« The location of this property, 100 feet from Playa Alica is just the best. The Sunsets from the balcony were also fantastic! The condo's pictures gave us a pretty good idea of the layout although, like anything else in Real Estate, the pictures made the place look bigger that what it actualy was but regardless, we had plenty of room. All the amenities required were there and Alvaro was alwasy available to tend to our needs when it came about. Highly recommend this place whether for short or long...

« Beautiful location and view. We had a first floor unit but still had an ocean view. The pool was nice and next to the ocean. We could walk the beach nearly all the way into Cabarete. Daniel, our host was a fantastic communicator and responded within 30 minutes to any question. We would definitely stay here again. »
