C'est la seconde fois que nous sejournons à l'hôtel Poros Image et ses grandes qualités font largement oublier ses petits defauts. La vue panoramique sur le Poros vénitien depuis la terrasse du restaurant et du bar ou depuis le balcon de la chambre, la vue sur le golfe saronique depuis la petite plage privée, la gentillesse du personnel et l'architecture moderniste des années ssoixante où l'intérieur est ouvert vers l'extérieur. Dommage que les salles de bain ne soient pas rénovées et que les transats et tables de plage ne soient pas remplacées. Enfin, on apprécie beaucoup les jardins soignés et le beau sentier pour se rendre à la plage

un parfait petit séjour
Très agréable hôtel situé les pieds dans l'eau à 2,3km du centre ville de Poros. Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse (literie correcte) avec un grand balcon sur la mer. Un bémol sur la salle de bain: la douche fuyait de partout, une catastrophe! Les plus de l'hôtel: sa petite plage privée, la grande terrasse du bar restaurant et son personnel très agréable.

Hotel tres agreable
La plage privee de l'hotel est un vrai atout. Le cadre est jolie, le bar et sa musique sont tres sympas et toutefois calme. le restaurant de la plage a un tres bon rapport qualité/prix. L'interieur de l'hotel est mieux que l'on peut l'imaginer au vue de la facade. L'hotel beneficierait toutefois de canoe ou d'une table de ping pong pour s'amuser

parfait, vue superbe
Situé à l'écart du port de Poros, ce que nous cherchions. Petit embarcadère privé, piscine et plage privée. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Les chambres très propres. Malgré la chambre vue sur montagne, nous avions quand même vue sur la mer. Petit déjeuner monumental et très bon que nous avons pris sur la terrasse. Très bel hôtel, nous reviendrons, c'est sûr ! Merci encore à tous le personnel qui s'est occupé de nous !

Très recommandable
Tres belle situation et les chambres ont des supervues.Un bémol sur le petit déjeuner , saucisses, bacon, oeufs sont souvent froids ou tièdes froid. La salle du buffet petit dej est bien grande ou agencée de facon à être moyennement chaleureuse.Super accueil et réception, beaucoup d'amabilité. Un hotel très recommandable.

A nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. Good to have use of a beach a short walk away with discounted sun bed prices for hotel guests. It was a little further from the centre of the town than we expected but this worked for us as we enjoy a walk in the evening. The location also meant it was closer to the beaches than if you were staying in the town. The only thing that would improve this hotel was for it to have a bar open for guests. There was nowhere to get food or drink after breakfast but it has such a lovely seating area that could be enjoyed even more throughout the day and into the evening if food and/or drinks were served.

A very disappointing stay
A very disappointing stay. The hotel was closing on 11am on the day of our departure (which we did not know) and the hotel staff was more eager to close than to offer a good experience to its visitors. Upon arrival we were informed that the hotel beach would close at 16:00 that day due to a wedding, but although we arrived at the hotel after 14:30, with about 1 hour to spend at the beach, we would still need to pay a full day's price for the sunbeds and umbrella. We indeed reached the beach around 15:00 and were told by the staff there that the beach is already closed! Total disconnect and miscommunication. In addition, we were informed that next day we had to leave at 11am, since it was closing for the season (like allowing the guests to leave in their own pace and close later that evening was not an option...). The room was acceptable, but the shower had unsatisfactory flow and the water was warmish, not really hot. Although we asked for a double bed, we were given a room with 3 singles (really small singe beds). To top this up, the quality of the breakfast was mediocre to say the least and definitely not what one would expect from a 4* hotel. Overall, it felt like no-one cared on whether we were enjoying our stay or not, so I would never choose this hotel again.

Vår familie hadde et flott opphold på hotellet. Rommet var stort og fint, rent og moderne. Utsikten fra rommet var fantastisk. Frokosten var variert med fersk frukt og mye annet å velge mellom. Hele familien var fornøyde. Vi badet på hotellets strandlinje, men tok også taxi til nærliggende strender. Da ansatte på hotelle var svært behjelpelige og hyggelige. Vi anbefaler dette hotellet på det sterkeste.

This hotel is in a stunning location and the views are fabulous . It’s huge dining area and outside terrace are just delightful. It is rated as a 4 * hotel but although the location, views and rooms are delightful it was not quite the expected standard when it came to staff and efficiency. For a large hotel ( by small island standards) it seemed surprising to have a tired looking receptionist wearing T-shirt and jeans, somehow not giving the best of impressions. We also had disastrous dinner room service experience with unprofessional service from staff. Even the hotel’s own beach charges 15 Euros for its sunbeds compared to most other beaches being 10 Euros per set. As hotel guests it would seem odd to have to pay to use its beach. We went elsewhere close by …..

Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει πολύ ωραία δωμάτια, μεγάλα και με εξαιρετική θέα. Στα μείον θα αναφέρω ότι 1)το εστιατόριο δεν λειτουργούσε( γεγονός που μας δυσκόλεψε στην διάρκεια καταιγίδας) και 2) ότι χρέωνε 15 ευρώ το σετ ξαπλώστρες ακόμα και στους πελάτες του!

An amazing stay
We had an amazing stay. The hotel owner has done a superb job in renovating. Hope it can be maintained to keep the newness. Love everything about the room, the staff and the buffet breakfast was outstanding, lots of variety. We will def recommend to others and return anytime.

The hotel is in an excellent position overlooking Poros Town. There was a water taxi that ran during the day and late evening across the bay which was an added attraction. The service and food was very good. The room was rather hot as the AC was positioned at the wrong end of the room. However, excellent views across the bay.

I arrived on Friday to be told I had been upgraded to a room with a sea view, which I thanked them for. I went to my room. The safe was left in a locked mode so no one couldreset with a new password but needed the management to unblock it. I then tried to shower. There was no place to place the shower head but worse of all the shower curtain rail was set at 2 meters high but the curtain was 2.20 meters long so it gathered in the basin not allowing the water to drain so my feet were always in a pool of dirty water. The worse was the toilet was leaking and there wasa steam of water fromn the back of the seat to the drain near the front of the toilet, which meant that whne you sat on the throne youe one foot would be in the stream, but the wearing of shoes kept my feet dry. Finally the A/C had only one fan speed ... max, which again was not optimal. When I told the front desk they looked at me as if i was complaing for no reason. They said they would sort the safe issue but as far as the other issues they could do nothing. So I asked if they would downgrade me to my origianl room but they refused. Was it the new COVID rules? The setting is very pretty and convenient but the service can and must be improved. COVID is no reason to drop standards. If they could not move me get a plumber to fix the leaking toilet if nothing else.

Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου είναι άριστη πάνω στη θάλασσα και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό.Το δωμάτιό μας σχετικά μικρό αλλά με υπέροχη θέα. Το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά καλό, θα περίμενε όμως κανείς, σε ένα ξενοδοχείο 4ων αστέρων συν το πρωινό να περιλαμβάνει τουλάχιστον φρέσκο χυμό πορτοκάλι. Η παραλία του ξενοδοχείου, αν και είχε λίγο περπάτημα για να φτάσεις εκεί, ήταν πολύ οργανωμένη, αμμώδης με ωραία θάλασσα και πεύκα, τα οποία μαζί με τις ομπρέλες έκαναν ωραία σκιά όλες τις ώρες. Το μείον κατά την παραμονή μας ήταν, ότι δεν λειτουργούσε το ασανσέρ και έπρεπε να ανεβοκατεβαίνουμε τρεις ορόφους με τα πόδια. Μάθαμε ότι το άσανσέρ είχε προβλήματα αρκετό καιρό, γιαυτό δεν δικαιολογούνται, έπρεπε να έχουν λάβει τα μέτρα τους. Μας πρότειναν βέβαια να μας δώσουν δωμάτιο ισόγειο, πίσω, άλλα δεν δεχτήκαμε γιατί για την θέα πληρώσαμε και δεν είχαμε καμία διάθεση να βλέπουνε το πάρκαρισμένα αυτοκίνητα και το δρόμο.
