Chambre au premier niveau disponible. Près de la piscine, par contre un peu loin de la plage. Chambre propre mais très ordinaire, toilettes trop petite et douche beaucoup trop petite, pas très pratique. Très déçu de nos chambres. Le personnel très gentil et souriant et très accueillant.

Hôtel immense avec un grand espace piscine adult only très appréciable. De plus certains restaurants sont réservés aux adultes certains soirs de la semaine. Le reste de l’établissement est très bien pensé avec animations, animaux en liberté et accès à la plage très facilement.

Tout s'est très bien passé, le personnel est très gentils et à l'écoute malgré que pas grand monde ne parle le français la bas. Petit problème a niveau du jacuzzi de la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas.

Un paradis dans un écrin de verdure
Séjour paradisiaque. L'environnement est vraiment incroyable, cet hôtel a réussi à s'implanter au milieu de la mangrove. Le cadre est tout à fait hors du commun, il y a des cenotes, la plage, les animaux en liberté. Pour la qualité des services, c'est tout aussi bien, tout le personnel est au petit soin, à table, à la plage, au bord des piscines, encore une fois du jamais vu. Deux bémols : l'accueil pour le check-in et check-out n'est pas à la hauteur des prestations de cet établissement : pas de sourire, pas d'explication, nous avons vraiment l'impression de les déranger. L'autre, c'est la plage qui est sauvage, comme le reste de l'hôtel mais du coup inconfortable pour s'y baigner à cause des rochers. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour et avons hâte d'y retourner.

Hôtel dans la jungle
Chambre select spacieuse aucun bruit, super hôtel dans la jungle avec des singes et plein d'autres animaux, déçu de la propreté de la chambre (robinet cassé, pas d'éclairage dans la douche mais réparé dès le lendemain) manque de serviette à la piscine ou à la plage, aucun restaurant adult only, super restaurants mais dommage qu'il faille obligatoirement réserver et que nous ayons pas le choix des jours ni des horaires et que le restaurant mexicain soit fermé , aucune explication sur le fonctionnement des spectacles à la réception qui nous renvoi vers un book dispo dans la chambre.

Formidable sejour en couple
Nous avons fait le sejour avec option select club. On a une plage reservée pour les adultes. Il y avait toujours assez de chaises longues à la plage, pas besoin de reserver tot avec une serviette.On a essayé les resto à la carte le soir. Le riviera est notre perferé avec sa cuisine meditetanneenne et un personnel formidable. Pour les soirs sans reservation, nous avons preferé le resto mexicain pour son calme et le sourire des serveurs. Plus agreable le matin que le resto principal. Le resto italien matin ou midi tres bien pour la nourriture et le personnel. Cependant chaque fois la clim etait trop froide et salle assez bruyante. Sinon plein d'animaux dans l'hotel, des koatis, des magaches (pour moi c'est des ratons laveurs) des singes araignés qui étaient souvent vers la piscine du selectclub adulte. Des chats qui sont nourris et soignés chaques jours par l'hotel, pas necessaire de leurs donner à manger. Des iguanes, formidables experience pour des adultes comme pour des enfants. Le resto du select club, matin et soir sans reservation vous etes servis a table. Le midi il faut compter 1heure à 1h30 pour manger, les plats sont preparés a la demande donc profiter du temps pour se detendre à table. on est en vacances. Tres bon personnel. Si vous voulez manger vite allez ailleurs. Les mexicains et les mayas sont des personnes accueillantes et très agreables. On a fait un formidable sejour. Pour venir de l'aeroport, si vous n'avez pas pris le transport, il y a un service de navettes bleues collectives , "supersuttle" pour un prix tres raisonable 320 pesos aller, si vous prenez l'aller retour c'est encore moins cher le trajet. C'est des minibus pour 10 personnes environs.

Très bon hôtel. Qualité-prix excellent. Restos corrects. Choisissez le statut "select" si c'est possible car piscine et morceau de plage réservée. Accessible aux fauteuils roulants : il faudrait cependant faire un accès direct vers le front de mer (pas dur à faire) pour que ces personnes profitent bien de la plage de façon autonome. Un théâtre pour les animations au top.

bon accueil. Un peu surpris par la chambre car nous avions demandé une chambre avec un grand lit, on s'est retrouvé avec 2 lits deux places (un peut limite pour un voyage en amoureux). Les locaux sont propres, corbeille de fruits et mousseux dans la chambre.Le côté agréable de la partie Adults Only est que l'on a un restaurant résevé pour nous pour le petit déjeuner. Très agréable, au bord de la piscine, sans cris d'enfants, de bon matin. Par contre, il y a nettement moins le choix que dans les autres restaurants. Du coup, on y a mangé 3 jours, et le reste du séjour, nous avons pris nos petits déjeuners dans les autres restaurants, ou le choix est immense. Le côté agréable, c'est que l'hôtel est boisé, on évite vite le soleil, qui brule. Il n'y a pas besoin de batailler pour avoir un transat et les serveuses passent régulièrement vous demander si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Globalement, les restaurants sont biens. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le "Salvia" qui est le restaurant végétarien. Dommage que l'on ne puisse pas réserver plus de 4 restaurants pour un séjour une durée de 11 jours. La nourriture est globalement bonne, le bémol c'est que c'est trop gras à notre goût. A déplorer (à la décharge de l'hôtel) le manque d'éducation des gens, qui remplissent leurs assiettent et qui en laisse les 3/4. Autre chose qui m'a un peu perturbée, c'est que les gens peuvent aller dans les piscines avec leurs boissons, et les enfants avec leurs chaussures dans les piscines.

Nous avons réservé au depart pour 5 nuits sur 10 de vacances, mais finalement nous avons prolongé notre sejour pour les 10 nuits au Sandos Caracol. l'hotel est implanté au milieu de la nature, le matin des singes peuvent vous tenir compagnie sur le balcon et l 'hotel comme les chambres sont tres bien entretenues Seul bemol , lorsqu'il pleut les restaurants sont inondé

L hôtel est super, spectacles, propreté, magasins, le marché qui viens a nous le soir, les singes qui viennent vous piquer vos assiettes, le personnel est très accueillant... Nous y retournerons avec. Les enfants cette fois car tout est fait pour eux, c est magique! Tout est fait pour que l on passe de supers moments. En revanche la plage côté adult only n est pas top, pleine de rochers la baignade l est pas vraiment agréable. La nourriture est.... Ordinaire. Le guacamole pas bon du tout. Pas de volet dans les chambres!!!! Il fais grand jour a 5:30!

Nous avons réservé une semaine en sélect club (only adult). Des vacances superbes et trop courtes! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons compris le sens du mot sélect! Suite à un accueil privatif avec coupe de Champagne, nous arrivons à notre chambre, et là..le paradis! Champagne, fruits frais...lit king size, salon, 2 Sdb, 2wc.. Le tout très propre et très spacieux Tout est vraiment inclus (room service, mini bar, boisson..) une plage privative avec service personnalisé, piscine et jaccuzzi privatif réservé aux membres sélect.. Le personnel est chaleureux et très agréable, la nourriture très bonne... Seul point négatif, la plage un peu rocailleuse.

The property itself is amazing. However, we booked the adults only section and were consistently treated like children. You can’t get a drink in the adults only section after 5. You can’t get a drink out of the tiny clubhouse without being fully dressed even though it’s pool side, we also were made to leave the pool at 830 even though it closes at 10. I’m not sure why we paid more for the adults only when we really had no extra luxuries besides not having any kids around.

The Eco aspect was pretty cool however the aging property shows its age with broken walkways, sunken access and trip hazards. It was a little strange how early the bars closed and how often they ran out of ice. Also the warm beer was definitely an issue. The only ice cold beer was from our rooms bar fridge and our trip to Cozumel. We paid for the Adults Only side that is supposed to include Select Club check-in however we were turned away when we got there because he was closing. They sent us back to the main lobby to get in line for the general check-in. That's not a big deal but very inconvenient for our older family members with limited mobility.

We arrived at 8:30 PM and where not told we could not check in at the Adult Only check in as they where closed but we where staying that area. We where in the Adults Only area of the resort, there is no buffet for evening supper forcing you to the regular buffets with all the kids running around. At night you had to go to the regular bars or all the way to the beach for a drink. You can only book A La Cart resturants on the day you want to go forcing you to stay up past midnight and then using there app that most senior's do not now how to use.

This is a very large resort and lots of walking is required. Very quiet at night, no real place to sit and have a nice drink after hours. Pretty much a ghost town after midnight. They are very happy to give rides if required and staff will a friendly!

The resort property was amazing with lots of native wildlife and beautiful plants. Very much enjoyed the adults only sections and the food was good. Only complaint was the difficulty getting reservations, particularly difficult at the fogo de Brazil and teppanyaki restaurant, a separate reservation process and huge lines in the heat. Other reservations cannot be made a head of time and had to get on the app at midnight to find availability. Staff was very friendly and a special shout out to Ignacio at the adults only bar on the beach!

Might want to control wild animal population. Buffet was filled with chaos…rude visitors, rude kids. Would be nice to have another buffet for adult only side. Food was better at the adult pool side but every meal, breakfast and lunch took an hour or more. My wife and I have been to many parts of Mexico and this was the worse resort we have been too. Spend your money elsewhere…

There was no hot water multiple days and the whole resort smells like sewer, the food in buffets is terrible and often not at proper temps and no labels! There is no traditional Mexican food whatsoever. Not even rice and beans. Staff doesn’t speak fluent English. We had a flight cancel and we called they said they would hold the reservation and we showed up they said we got marked as a no show! The cenotes are man made and you must wear a life jacket which are all broken buckles and in poor condition. Flies in food everywhere and the drinks are sugared up. Kids in adult only areas and food was left out all day and horrible! You must stay up till midnight to possibly get a booking in the restraints or wait in long lines to book only two days in advance. We booked a 10 day stay and left after 6 to another hotel. Nothing is as advertised! Do not go here! We have been trying to get a refund for our days we left and we are struggling to even have someone call us! You cannot get room service or anyone on the phone. We tried to get room service and had to call bell boy and then got reprimanded by the food service ppl when they called us and then waited an hour and a half for very very unappetizing food most days there was no bread or coffee and other amenities that should be provided at an all inclusive save your money. Do not stay here.

We had a wonderful time at this property. We went in February. We stayed in the adults only section and I'm glad we did because the other reviews say it stinks near the swampy area and it did, probably from the sulfur of the swamp. The signage needs work as we had no idea what to do, or where to go for dinner. Breakfast and lunch, we ended up going to the Brazil place and we were told that it needed no reservations for dinner, but for dinner, it did. We ate at the Mexican buffet for the most part as the International buffet was not good. Those are the only 2 place you can eat dinner without reservations. The app refused to work for us, so we eventually went to the info place next to the fun center (with the Foosball and ping pong tables), and we did get reservation there for all the days remaining. We ate at the Mediterranean place one night, the Brazil Place the section night and the Teppenyaki (Japanese hibachi) place the next night. All these places severed the most excellent food. We did end up going to Tulum for a half day and it was quite busy but we still had a good time. We did book a bed on the beach for $99 dollars US, but it was unclear where we were to get that, so we ended up in the adults only section until lunch when we asked about that and we were in the wrong place. There are 3 beds in the other section that were reserved, so we ended up moving to that section and we got chicken wings and fries, chocolate covered strawberries, champagne and about 8 beers.

The resort is beautiful, lots of nature and animals (monkeys, turtles, coatis, iguanas, etc.). Sometimes it felt like I was in a cottage in the middle of the forest. Staff was very nice and helpful. The Los Lírios restaurant is amazing, the others not so much and it’s really hard to book the à la carte restaurants if you are not Royal Elite.

Very scenic. However the place was very smelly. Kids everywhere other than adult pool. Adults only in a very small area. Food was quite bad. Staff was great. Drinks were below average.

I enjoyed the resort. Good food options for celiac. Managers and chefs really took care of that for me. I found the Adults Only areas to be fairly quiet and relaxing which is just what I wanted. Great snack and drink options at Adults Only beach bar. Awesome breakfast and lunch right at the poolside restaurant as well. There were a lot of animals roaming the resort and I really enjoyed that, and pretty much everything else about this place.

Property is nice and well maintained. The animals were a joy. Most staff is friendly. Getting food is horrible. They make you use an app that doesn't work. When you try to request a reservation in person always a long line and then told sorry nothing available. We only had 1 reservation for 7 nights. Also had to request towels every day. They never left enough, especially the night the water cooler leaked all over the floor. Also a long wait for a waitress for drinks. They did not have enough staff.

This was our 7th time to the resort. Beautiful grounds and lots of unique animals. The shows are good have seen them multiple times and they have havent changed over the years. Still some super sweet employees. Downfalls are you have to stay awake to book restaurants on app which is very hard to do unless your up at midnight to book them. Or have to stand in long lines to book the ones not on the app. While we were there they were constantly out of certain foods so you had to keep changing what you wanted on the menu to order. The buffet lines were really long and people had to wait for hours to get meals. The toliets kept getting clogged so you had to wait for people to come your room to fix it. Wasn't the resort we were used too. Premium alcohol was very scarce. And Raquel at los liros the hostess was extremely rude and had worst attitude for being a hostess. Arguing with people and puffing in there faces. Even tried to make her smile and got a mad eye roll. The amount of tables vacant at restaurants we were able to book over our 10 day stay shows that staff were scarce making it harder on the ones working and the customers eating. Overall enjoyed the pool and seeing some of our friends but probably will not be returning unfortunately. We really have enjoyed this resort in the past just sad its gone downhill like it has.

Dirty rooms, no bottled water, they had a big office style water thing in the room that was broken. With the air conditioner on at full blast we were still sweating. The worst of all this is when we asked for help after a full day of traveling THEY DID NOTHING. We left after 24 hours of an 8 day paid stay. The blackmailed us to sign a form stating I wouldn’t review the property in order to get a refund. (Dirty play boys) then after all that they never gave us the refund. - if they dare refute any of this I will post pics, email conversations, and the “contract” they made us sign and never honored. Proving every word I have stated.
