Une catastrophe au niveau service. Nous avons payer un plus pour avoir un confort en plus. Mais nous avons eu que des refus sur des demandes banal. The réserve n’a rien de plus. Aucune compréhension, le major d’homme est là de 9h à 17h au delà nous pouvons rien demander. Bref! Très mauvaise expérience dans un hôtel dit 5 étoiles. Une honte pour eux

Le seul problème aucune possibilité de pouvoir manger au soleil tous les restaurants où sont climatisé où sont totalement couvert sans avoir la possibilité d’avoir un peu de soleil en mangeant surtout les jours où il faisait un petit peu frais sinon le personnel est exceptionnel dans cette hôtel

We stayed here with a family of 4. Staff is extremely nice and friendly, however many of people who work at the restaurant, do not speak English. Some dishes on the menu are not part of the all inclusive and are served at an additional charge. We ended up paying $170 for two beef tacos ….. Something you don’t even pay in NYC at a Michelin restaurant :( The resort is kids friendly and there are many things to do with children, our kids had a blast! We would come back here just because of the children :) as they did enjoy their stay.

We love the property ... coffee place is great ! Breakfast is the best meal in the hotel . We found there is nothing healthy to eat for lunch only fries chicken fingers and burgers....Dinner restaurants where not 5 star hotel . Well-run hotel with great service and good faciiites overall. Food selection was decent. The suite was amazing, the best I’ve stayed in of any similar tier of resort. Good clean resort, attentive service, lots of smiles. The entertainment was good and we thought the traditional Mexican festival with foot stands and dancers outside in the sandy pavilion was super unique. Overall, we had a great time. Service and operations management are doing a great job. Opportunities: - not enough chairs around the main pool. Having to jockey to stay out of the sun. Get rid of the fake grass and put in more chairs and umbrellas - more shady seating by the beach - please don’t extort guests who run out of sunscreen (see:chairs) with $40USD sunscreen - the sound levels in the theatre are excessive, over 90 dB. This is wildly inappropriate for kids. I have tinnitus and had to leave the magic show intro with my ear actually ringing.

Nicest room we’ve ever had at any hotel ever. Food was good, service good. Water park was amazing for my kids, age 9 and 6. Beach was beautiful with soft white sand. The seaweed problem wasn’t too bad while we were there in early April. I would recommend this place to families with young children.

The food was really good. The service was average except for a few exceptional workers like Victor and Javier near the pool on the family side. There were too many cats around every where even the restaurants, too many coati hanging around the pool stealing your food, and raccoons rummaging through the garbage. I did not like that at all. We also had to figure out too many things on our own such as dining options and daily activities. A Mexico vacation will always be great, I just had higher expectations for this resort. This is my second time at this resort. Previously we were there in 2019. This time around, we were very happy that the nespresso and gelato bars are free of charge. They also have room service also free of charge but will charge about $5-10?you if you use it more than three times. We were very happy that they Have these nice Stokke high chairs for the kids! babysitting services are available free of charge. We didn’t use it but it’s good to know that it’s available. Def book dinners on the day you arrive so that you can eat at the many family friendly restaurants. My only complaint was that the family buffet has less option than the adult buffet but there are the many good restaurants present at this resort. Very clean and friendly staff. Will see them again in a few years!! 😍

Nice for families, but we wouldn’t rebook. We enjoy nightly shows / a theater and resorts that do not require reservations for dinner. It’s nearly impossible to get in places, and the buffet is not impressive. They offered 9 PM most nights, and with kids (actually even without kids), that’s way too late for us. We even tried booking before arrival. We managed a few decent ones that way, so that’s your only hope. Lorenzo by the main pool area and bar was a great bartender, but otherwise the drinks were not good at all unfortunately. We always have a great time and trip, and this was no different, but we won’t stay here again. 7/10. I will add that we had a few issues with our room, and the front desk managers were very helpful and quickly moved us to a suite.
