great location to visit all venues in Pittsburgh. right next to market square, within walking distance of all sports activities . big rooms with very confortable beds, and very clean bathroom.

The place to be in Pittsburg.
Arrivée un jour ou il y a un concert devant l'hôtel avec la rue fermée pour l'occasion ! Après avoir garer la voiture dans un parking public à 200 mètres (parking peu onéreux), nous finissons par trouver l'hôtel et en même temps on accède gratuitement au concert: très sympa ! L'hôtel est au centre du centre, la chambre est assez spacieuse avec une decoration moderne et propre. Bref, dans cette categorie, il ne doit pas y avoir mieux à Pittsburg ! Le petit-déjeuner est forcément a la carte: nous nous préférons les buffets.

It was close to where I needed to go is safe because no one can come up to the elevator unless they have a key however, you can hear people in the corridor and when they open and close the door it’s also clean and comfortable

I didn’t like the fact that room service dinner was delivered in styrofoam containers with plastic utensils. I came to a hotel to get dinner on real plates with real utensils. The main course was cold. I asked for ice and the staff brought a glass of water in a paper cup. Once reheated the food was good eating from takeout container with plastic utensils changes the taste and experience. Also the rooms are too plain. And no hard copy ensue. Not everyone wants to look at things on a phone.

Staff on the front desk were surly, unhelpful and answered the most ordinary questions with disdain. There was not even an EFFORT to be cordial. I asked for help getting an Uber. They didn't know, which is FINE, but never offered to get me someone for assistance. I was in a strange city where I knew NO ONE ...a little sensitivity would have gone a long way. I suggest that the staff on duty from April 24-26 get some training. Facility was fine. Really liked that the parking garage was literally attached to the hotel. Also, I was told, on the phone 2 weeks prior to my stay, that I would be safe to walk home at midnight after the show at the Benedum Center.That is MOST CERTAINLY not the case. Please tell your desk people not to say that.

No room service. Room was not cleaned during my stay. Called for towels and did not receive until the next day. Housekeeping banged on the door at 11am for checkout meanwhile they did not clean the room the day before

The property was in a great location and was clean. I went there with my son for his 16th birthday to watch some baseball. Everything was great untill about 1230 am there was a huge fight going on somewhere and it lasted about a hour. Tried calling the front desk but not sure if my room phone was working. Woke us both up and just heard swearing and yelling. Kinda ruined everything that was good about the hotel because nobody did anything about it.

The only issue we had was the lady who checked us in wasn’t very friendly! She was cold and stern with one word answers. Not what someone in a hospitality position should be. Other than that the hotel was great!

The representative spoke to quickly when checking in, didn’t offer complimentary water, asked another representative later she gave it but was aggressive saying where to stand to ask for it and hand it to us.There’s no business center as all computers are not working. When asked was there an alternative, was told they have been not working in a long time and to use our own laptop, which we didn’t have. Not an inviting presence at the counter at all 3 different times interacting with Hilton staff at various times during the stay.
