Attention, la piscine est en travaux, donc ils ont mis des bâches en fer qui font un bruit énorme pour cacher la vue ! Les murs sont en carton, et c'est du simple vitrage, donc très bruyant, même au 15e étage. Au restaurant, les prix sont exorbitants et ils vous chargent 200 bahts de frais, plus 90 bahts de taxes, que vous n'aurez pas dans les restaurants aux alentours. Les matelas de la piscine sont vraiment dégoûtants… Pour le reste, la chambre est bien, le matelas est très confortable, mais il est impossible de régler le chauffe-eau de la douche.

Probablement le meilleur établissement que j'ai pu avoir pour mes vacances. Un accueil pro et très sympathique. Établissement énorme mais a la fois intime et dépaysant. Buffet petit dej parfait, des choix e partout. Et de qualité surtout. 3 piscines gigantesques. Un Shuttle pour aller au village du coin faire qqa courses. Des soins et des sourires de partout des que l'on se promène dans l'hôtel. Vraiment une coupure parfait ici' on reviendra si le budget le permet 555

Walking distance to Old Phuket Town if you can handle the heat! The area was somewhat safe besides one homeless man who seemed a little dangerous to walk past to get to Old Town. Hint, he stayed inside an abandoned building and typically minded his own business until he wandered onto the sidewalk occasionally. The staff at the counter were a bit confusing when explaining a 2,000 baht deposit that had to be paid up front, so just be prepared. We got the 2,000 baht back once we checked out. The hotel smelled so good. The staff working the door were so kind and helpful. They held our bags when we arrived from the airport. Check-in wasn’t until 1-3PM, but we were able to check in a little early due to availability. The rooms were cold and clean with an amazing view of the ocean and the city. Bolt & Grab were extremely easy to use in Phuket compared to Bangkok. Overall, a great stay and absolutely worth the price. The only issue we faced was very loud construction and housekeeping. It was repetitive sounds all day and almost all night. It did make it a bit difficult to stay asleep unless your TV volume was high.

I recently stayed at the Marriott Courtyard in Phuket, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I checked in until the end of my stay, everything was immaculate. The rooms were cleaned daily, offering a consistently comfortable environment. The view from my room was absolutely impeccable. The pool area was well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere, and the gym was fantastic for those looking to stay active. I can't say enough positive things about my stay—great memories were made!

This hotel is one of the few chain hotels located in Phuket Old Town. It's a perfect place to stay if you wish to spend more time in the Old Town. The hotel is a short 5 min car ride away to the heart of town. The guest room itself is large and very comfortable, newly refurbished in an old colonial style decor. There is a bit of an old smoke smell that lingers but nothing to overpowering that a room spray cannot handle. The end corners of the room seem a little dirty, but that is okay as well, as the main room areas is very clean.

This hotel is perfect for visiting the Old Phuket Town. Staff are honest and courteous. We didn’t notice it but when they realised that the airport pickup service they sent for us is cheaper than what we arranged for, they immediately informed us and offered either a refund or a room credit. They also sent a complimentary dessert and apology note. Customer service at its best! We stayed here for two nights as part of our silver wedding anniversary celebration and they have decorated the room and had a cute cake waiting for us. Truly appreciated 😊. I highly recommend a stay in this property.

The property was nice and clean, great pool area and has a Happy Hour. Room spacious. They do not have a concierge service or an airport shuttle. Alittle far from the beaches. Their is a tour office a few doors down, and a Sunday night Market within a 10min walk.

From the first interaction upon arrival in our car, the staff was extremely welcoming. The lobby is spacious and stylish, which makes it a great place to meet. The reception and check-in was professionally smooth, friendly and efficient. Our room was very clean and nicely designed, and had a wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows. All this, and in a prime location for easy walkable exploring of Phuket Town shops and cafes! The breakfast had lots of options but the quality of food was a bit off for me. They make great lattes though, and it’s a convenient way to start the day. The lounge off the lobby was a perfect place to chill in between activities, and they offered a nice happy hour drink menu. This was my second stay in this hotel, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on future trips to this area. Definitely recommend!
