The Worst Stay We Ever Had!!
These are the absolute worst hosts imaginable. They place was dirty, smelled like smoke and triggered my wife's allergies because of the stale smoke smell and Animal Dander. The host allows pets and does not properly clean. We called the host over a dozen times over 3 days and they NEVER RETURNED OUR CALLS. They had the nerve to send us the following message when the place smells so bad like smoke: "Sorry, we checked the house and there is no cigarette smell. We are under the Impression that you’re making this up in order to get a refund despite our strict cancellation policy. Obviously the rest of your party wasn’t able to travel and you didn’t want to stay by yourself in a 3 bedroom house."

Sir, we don’t know who you are but you definitely didn’t stay at our property as we can see it on the security camera recordings. So what you are writing is hearsay from what Jocelyn said after we told her that we wouldn’t refund her money. Our property was clean without any smells before she checked in and afterwards. We adhere to our strict cancellation policy especially during peak season and it is very obvious that Jocelyn made her allegations in order to get a refund because something went wrong with the other guest (probably it was you?)

Overall this was a great place to stay. It was very clean and the owners were easy to contact when needed. Definitely recommend.

Perfect for what I needed
We stayed there for 2 months, until we found and purchased are house and everything was great! The pool is wonderful! The house is very large and the beds were very comfortable. Steven was great to work with. He responded very quickly and took care of any problems. He also allowed us to have are dogs. Thank you for everything Steven.

Apache Jct Family time
Just what I was looking for, a family home to stay while visiting my parents. Close to everything! Gateway airport is less than 30” away, Walmart is 5” away, hiking is 15-20” away. It was too cold to swim while we were there, but pool looked nice.

The property is nice and in a quiet neighborhood. There is a ton of room in the house to spread out. The pool looked nice, but we did not use it. This is in a good location in AJ and easy to get to off main roads.
