Chambre calme, propre et qui semble avoir été récemment rénovée. Personnel sympathique et accueillant. Un peu excentré mais le centre ville de Palm Springs reste tout de même accessible à 20min de marche. Petit point négatif : La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée lors de notre court séjour et on nous a indiqué qu'il aurait fallu demander le room service la veille à la réception (c'est le seul hôtel ou cela nous est arrivé lors de notre voyage en Californie)

Hôtel très sympa, belle piscine, il y en a même deux ;) chambre vraiment calme et propre. Certains commentaire te dise le contraire mais c’était une très bonne nuit pour nous. Facile pour le stationnement. Séjour last minute, bon deal sur expédia. On recommande ;)

Trop cher pour ce que c’est , aucun intérêt
Hôtel beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation. Plus de 300usd la nuit pour un motel banal où ils ont juste changé le sol et acheté des meubles neufs. Pas de service de chambre, lit pas fait, alarme s’est déclenché dans la chambre ( sans aucune fumée), et suivi d’un flash qui est resté toute la nuit… pas d’ascenseur pour monter les valises, couloirs sales . Cela aurait été très bien pour un motel à 125usd la nuit, mais nous avons payé 700usd pour 2 nuits.

This property is photographed well but please do not expect what you see. Overall, this place is dirty and poorly updated. The water in our room didn't run properly (would pucker out every time it was turned on, shower didn't drain, etc.), the tv didn't work and the wifi didn't work for more than half of my stay. The deposit required through expedia meant nothing, they ended up charging me the full amount (plus $250 deposit - which is normal) when I checked in. Their response when I questioned it was, "Yea, this happens all the time. Next time dont book with a third party vendor." Just poor experience overall. I will not be back.

The shower had hair ( looked like pubic hair) stuck in the drain that caused the shower to fill. Room was not vacuumed welll as there was hair on the floor near the sink. Pillow cases had stains.

Price was way too high due to Coachella. During our stay it appeared they were low occupancy. Our room never got cleaned during our stay. We were informed they did not allow for late checkout. Again, the parking lot was empty and felt like very low occupancy. I expected more, especially paying peak rates. Dissapointed.

Friendly staff. Large comfortable room with fridge, coffee pot, smart tv. Snack area in lobby has microwave and toaster, plus numerous snacks to buy/prepare. Two swimming pools with lots of lounge areas and cabanas, plus hot tub. Really had everything we needed. Thumbs up!

I pre requested 1st floor room due to health issues and that's exactly what I got. Check in staff was very friendly. I couldn't figure out my TV and there was a lamp that didn't go on. Maintenance was here in less than 5 minutes and it was a very easy fix on the lamp to sync it with the wall switch and the TV was explained to me. Modern clean room.

If you order through a 3rd party, they will make you pay an extra $75 “resort fee” for WiFi, the pool, etc. which is so dumb. They didn’t clean the pool while I was there for 3 days so I’m not sure where the resort part is.

This is a well renovated motel. The price point and the property don't match. No elevator. No phones in the room in case you need something. No breakfast or kitchen, yet on the website there's photos of a cute continental breakfast on a bed and in a bedroom. Rooms were clean, but NOT what it you would think from the advertising. One of the most frustrating parts for me were the lack of help from general staff as I was lugging my bags alone down steps. I even asked someone for help, and they walked past me and watched me bring 3 pieces of luggage down by myself. I think if this was a true noted 3 star upfront my expectations would have been set. But for the price, and rating, to show up and experience what I did felt like a bait and switch.

am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the accommodation experience I encountered during my recent booking at L3 Oasis in Palm Springs, made through Expedia on 3/27/24 Upon arrival at the designated location, I encountered numerous challenges that significantly impacted my stay. Firstly, the difficulty in locating the establishment added unnecessary stress and inconvenience after a long journey. However, the most distressing issue arose upon entering the room. To my horror, I discovered the presence of two cockroaches scurrying around. As someone who suffers from a severe phobia of cockroaches, this was an absolutely terrifying experience. Despite my exhaustion from a grueling 20-hour day, the sight of these pests left me in a state of panic and distress. Regrettably, due to the unbearable conditions, I was unable to stay in the room. I promptly vacated the premises, unable to spend even a single night in the accommodation. Not only did this ordeal cause me immense discomfort and anxiety, but it also deprived me of the rest I desperately needed. Given the unacceptable conditions and the fact that I was unable to utilize the accommodation for its intended purpose, I kindly request a full refund for the booking. It is only fair that I am reimbursed for the entirety of the amount paid, as the circumstances rendered the reservation unusable. I trust that Expedia values customer satisfaction and will take address this matter reasonably
