Nous avons aimé le service des employés et l’option des breuvages gratuitement dans la chambre. Le plus déplaisant a été le bruit de chauffage brisé. La toilette aussi était brisé. Le reste c’est propre et confortable.

J'ai bien aimé le Service à la clientèle de Ajay. Il est poli et courtois. J'ai voulu changer ma chambre pour être au 6e étage et il a été très gentil de le faire. L'hôtel en soit est vraiment beau. Décoration et confort au rendez-vous. Seul bémol, je suis sortie toute la journée en prenant soins de laisser la pancarte pour le changement de ma literie et rien a été fait à mon retour. Mais comme je ne restait que 3 nuits, c'était pas si grave, mais quand meme.

Tout était parfait. Même avec une chambre juste à côté de l'ascenseur, on n'a pas été dérangé par le bruit. Notre suite a répondu merveilleusement bien à nos besoins. Seul bémol, nous avions affiché nos besoins d'avoir de nouvelles serviettes mais nous ne les avons pas eu.

Disrespectful customer service The reception never answers the phone, you had to go downstairs to ask questions or things that are missing from the room Dishonest They charged me money on my credit card. If I hadn't checked my card I would have been scammed. Their excuse was a glitches in the system!
