Belle piscine d’eau salée avec des chaises longues! Motel un peu vieillot, mais bien entretenu. Je ne sais pas si c’était le propriétaire, mais il y a un monsieur qui travaillait très fort tous les jours. Gros réfrigérateur avec un congélateur! L’humidité était toutefois entrée dans la chambre (ça prendrait peut-être un déshumidificateur). Air climatisée et fan de salle de bain (automatique avec la lumière) franchement très bruyants. Mal isolé, donc nous avions l’impression que les jeunes qui ont parlés dehors jusqu’à 3h du matin étaient directement dans la chambre avec nous. Assez cher pour un motel au final.

We are pleased to hear you enjoyed the pool and your room amenities. Sorry if you found the noise too much in your room. However, you were here during high season (thus the pricing which is competitive in the area) and we cannot control every noise another guest may make.

Full size fridge and microwave was excellent, good beds and lights ok. Overall good but really missing out a separated balcony, large enough to accomodate 4 people per room.

Unfortunately as you would have been able to tell, the setup of the room entries do not leave a lot of room for extra tables or chairs. We do have bistro table sets outside the rooms for your convenience and extra chairs can be brought out from inside your room and brought back in afterwards.

Nous avions un appartement/chambre suite avec cuisine et 2 chambres. Super propre, très bien équipé, très bien situé à deux minutes du lac et du centre-ville. piscine sympa et barbecue dehors également très pratique.Très très bon WIFI (rare dans les hôtels)

It is unfair for us, the way you reviewed our property. Stayed 1 night and asked for the refund, simply because we did not refund. You went ahead and put the worse comment for us. It is almost impossible to refund after you used our property, without any complaints when you were at the property. Kindly see all our reviews most of them are 10/10 and appreciating cleanliness and customer service. It is interesting how you could see a totally different perspective. Anyway, thank you for the time taken to review us.

It was only a few minutes drive to restaurants and shops. Across the road from a nice beach. So much better than being along the main highway. Very clean and never heard any traffic. I'd definately stay here again!

Rob and Lisa, the management were incredibly accommodating to us on our late arrival and attentive to our needs especially when we needed to stay an extra night due to weather conditions. We would book again simply because of how well we were treated! Rooms were decent and allowed us to enjoy some wind down at the end of busy days.

The name on the app did not match the name on the site making it difficult to locate. The room was a little cold. The room was not as clean as I expect. The booking said there was a pool but it was outside and not open.

Yes we are in the process of changing our Name from Motel to Inn. (We have done this every where except our front board, this will take sometime) Sorry for the inconvenience.Lakeview Motel & Suites to Lakeview Inn & Suites. (This is a very small change, it is almost impossible to miss the location) We all travel with the address and it is very clear location, I am not sure why this was hard for you. The room is equipped with 2 base board heaters and one wall heater, you might not have increased the temperature of the wall heater. Sorry for the inconvenience after this happened our staff is now making sure this is adjusted before guest check-in. I do not know what is your expectations, but this is a 3 star hotel (That is why you paid 89.00 our winter specials rate), we have well experience housekeeping staff and they do a fantastic job, no body has complained about the cleanliness so far. If you go through Expedia website in our page, first photo is our out door summer pool. Kindly go back and see it is clearly demonstrating the pool is seasonal. We do understand you had challenges to reach to the destination, but this review seems unfair. Kindly go through our other reviews then you will understands how we accommodate our guests.

The property was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was only a few minutes to walk to the beach, which was very convenient. The pool was pretty nice too. It was super quiet, and the owner was very friendly and waited for us to check in as we arrived about 10 minutes after the check-in deadline. I would definitely recommend this property if you need an affordable place to stay in Osoyoos, and we will definitely be back!

Visited from Vancouver B.C. This property is a great place to stay in if you enjoy having a kitchen! Made our trip so much more relaxing and cozy. Nice staff that take care of the property. The location is right by one of the beaches and is in close proximity to the provincial park beach, downtown & the shopping areas. Much more family oriented so if you’re looking to party you might want to book somewhere closer to Cottonwood beach. Really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere in the neighbourhood in the evening.

We were looking for a stopover on the way to Kelowna BC with a U-Haul truck and auto transporter. The motel was amenable even though they said they didn't have parking and parking was found which was great. We were not very happy with the hard and noisy (for me female 74 and my daughter) it appeared they had some sort of plastic on the mattresses... And no electrical outlet near the bed, not for a phone but for a heating pad etc. The toaster oven did not work in our partial kitchen so for the price it was pretty pricey at $170 September rate. However there was a very nice view of the lake, the location was fine, it was clean and overall was what we were looking for except for the non-comfortable beds.

There are outlets near the beds, it is difficult to find mattresses that suit everyones comfort level. The rate you say you booked was much lower than 170 and you have to remember tax is not part of room rates
