A Few Issues
Overall, this property had everything a person might need, however, we didn’t use the balcony, because there was so much debris and dirt on the cushions, table and decking, we weren’t comfortable using it. When we mentioned it to the host, she said it was off shoulder-season and it hadn’t been cleaned yet. The Wi-Fi password that was provided did not work. The host said the information that was provided was not updated, so we hunted down the router and were able to login with that info. There were no instructions provided to lock up with the keypad when leaving, so it was a bit of a guessing game when locking up. The responses and communication that we received came from 3 different cell numbers, so we weren’t sure who to contact when we had a question. The information regarding the check-in and check-out times had three different check-in and checkout times. The host honoured the latest checkout time, which worked for us. The information on the website showed that there was a pool and hot tub, but when we arrived, we were told that the facilities weren’t open yet for the year. We did find out from the maintenance person that they were in fact opening up the pool while we were there. We were pleased, since it was 30C during our stay. A vehicle parked in our assigned parking spot. The host told us to park in another spot. Be prepared to do housekeeping when checking out; strip beds, take out garbage, put in a load of laundry, etc. Not sure why there’s a cleaning fee.

Thank you for your feedback Sue, it is very important to us. I wanted to clarify a few items. I pro-actively reached out to you by text message before your arrived to let you know the patio was in poor shape due to the weather. With the rain, wind and dust we had been experiencing it wasn’t feasible to prepare the patios. You notified me that the password in my Welcome Guide did not work, together we troubleshooted the situation. You were provided with my cell number for contact and communication as we texted several times throughout and prior to your stay. The auto text messages you received were auto generated reminders. I will be changing this message so it is more clear. The locks on the door automatically lock themselves when the door closes. The pool is a seasonal pool that is correct, it opens every year on May long weekend, I’m pleased to hear it opened early for you. I am not able to control where other guests park, however I was able to provide a solution for you. I would like to point out that each time you reached out to me, my response time was immediate and my goal was to provide solutions each time. Our departure task list is standard for the rental industry, as are cleaning fees. We ask our Guests to leave the condo in a respectful condition by taking care of a few items, such as garbage etc…. We value your visit, your business and your feedback. I’m happy to hear that overall you felt the property had everything you needed.

Anniversary getaway.
Roomy, clean, beautiful view, a great place for us all to celebrate our anniversaries. A few things we needed help on that the property manager quickly resolved. We will go back!

Wonderful Resort
Beautiful and well appointed space that was perfect for our family. We have been coming to Osoyoos for years but had never heard of this resort until this year. Martine was great to deal with and the unit was clean and as pictured. The cookware and dishes were on the newer side and we had everything we needed. Enjoyed the location and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely unit!

Great oasis on the lake!
This was a beautiful property and the condo was very well equipped and clean. The owner was very kind, attentive and good with communication. I would recommend this property for any one wanting a to stay at a beautiful, spacious condo with lake front access. I'll mention that the quiet hours are strict so don't expect to be visiting on the balcony past 10pm but otherwise it was fabulous!

Great condo, easy walk to downtown.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very quiet. Easy walking distance to downtown and a good little bakery about a block away. The condo unit had everything we needed. Had it been warmer we would have enjoyed the deck more. Check in was easy and our needs were met quickly. Definitely would stay here again.

The property, location and unit were all perfect for our family get together. Place is better than in pictures. Only thing was when we arrived the deck furniture was quite dirty from last guests, the fan stopped working in spare bath on the last night. Besides those small things I would definitely rent here again

Wine Country Gem!
Great property for our weekend wine country getaway. Amazing kitchen with everything you need to cook. AC was a little temperamental but I suppose to be expected when it's 40+ degrees outside. Would stay again.

Well-appointed Condo
The condo was very clean and really nicely decorated. It had everything we needed, minus a few large coffee mugs. The bedrooms were all a good size. The bunk beds are quite firm, which probably wouldn't be an issue for younger children. The location is very convenient, with direct water access and a quick walk to downtown. There were a few small issues (batteries, a screen that needed adjusting), which were dealt with quickly. We would definitely stay there again. Overall a beautiful place to stay.

Excellent location, great property, probably one of the best places we've ever stayed in terms of kitchen accessories (pot & Pans, BBQ tools etc) and lots of room for a family of 5. Martine was great for letting us know what to expect, and some of the check in details etc. We would not hesitate to stay there again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Large and clean!
We had a wonderful stay in this property. Perfect location with a nice deck and 3 large bedrooms. Plenty of room for all 6 adults in our party. Pretty views from the patio and also great beach location with a dock. Not far from Main St; a good walk if you're up for it. Perfect location to take a bike ride as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely quiet sunny condo
We had an excellent vacation in this well appointed condo. Quiet location just five minute drive to downtown and golf course. We enjoyed being able to launch our kayaks from the property and the lovely walk to Haynes Point .Martine was a very gracious host and easily available for questions.

Winter getaway
Osooyos is an amazing town and we can only imagine how exciting it will be to visit again when the pandemic is over. Lots of trails and paths to walk and decent weather. Our condo location was perfect. Easy walking distance to downtown and Haynes Point. The property was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen could be better stocked with cookwear and serving dishes, especially in these times when eating out is something you really need to plan for. All in all, we agreed we will be back. The overall experience was good. The place was clean and in a great location. It was also well suited for a dog. There were some minor items like a shortage of wine glasses and two dinning room chairs that needed repair but, again, these were minor. We did not receive the entry information until after I had contacted the owner after the check in time. Again, I received it immediately after checking and all was good from there. We would stay again given the chance.

We had a great week. There were 6 adults. Had everything we needed. Unit in perfect location because we were on the same floor as the pool and even though it is technically on the third floor, the building is built on a slope so we essentially had a walk out to beach, car park, etc. We would stay here again.

Overall, a fabulous vacation.
The condo is in a nice quiet location and we could bring our puppy. Great little beach. The condo had most amenities (lacking in some small pots) and it has it's own BBQ. Overall, really enjoyed the condo.
