Décevant pour une ville "riche" comme Osoyoos. Hôtel cheap, mal entretenu, lumière toilette s'éteint tout le temps, trim de plancher dévissé, toilette coule tout le temps, demi mini réfrigérateur (la moitié d'un mini)

La chambre est moyenne, la literie et le décor sont à l'ancienne. Par contre nous avions un joli patio avec vue sur les montagnes avec chaises et table. Très petite salle de bain et serviette brune.

Mieux en vrai que sur les photos, emplacement pratique, pour le même prix certains hôtels possède une piscine et déjeuner inclus, détritus dans la cours arrière.

Excellent location off the route we were travelling, handy to breakfasts nearby, beautiful area of BC. Very comfortable queen beds in the room. Private balcony with a different view at other door. Plenty of drawers for clothing if we were staying longer. More hangers would be nice. The heater was loud, but kept us warm. One key.

The fridge was very small and did not have a freezer. The staff person immediately found a slightly larger one with a freezer and installed it for us, although it didn’t fit properly into the spot under the counter. The hotel was okay, but nothing to rave about. The guy behind the counter was helpful and responsive. Kudos to him!

I cannot begin to describe how disappointed we were with this property. Stained sofa, stained bedding, brown towels, broken A/C, broken taps, used wet dish sponge, dirty floors, stained curtains, backing onto a trailer park, derelict building on site…broken squeaky tap. I actually cannot think of anything good to say.

Great place to stay. Was clean and quiet with AC. Smitty's was next door for breakfast. About 15 min walk from the beach and some cool restaurants. I would go there again

Motel is conveniently downtown, close eating, shopping, the lake, the highway. The grounds were well maintained and clean. It felt safe to walk around. The bathroom appeared to have not been cleaned, just restocked which made us question the rest of the room. We mentioned this as well as the air conditioner not working to staff. It didnt seem too important.

It’s an older motel but the room was super clean. It was very convenient for shopping, restaurants and the public beach. The front desk staff was helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend it for an affordable place to stay.
