À éviter !!
Je vous conseille d'éviter !! La chambre n'était pas très propre, et on y a trouvé des cafards à plusieurs reprises :( on a donc dû acheter des pièges. les murs fins comme du papier donc on entend tout à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Le ménage est fait tous les 15j seulement ?! Sinon il faut payer un supplément... Du coup on a demandé quand même un ménage supplémentaire. La dame de l'accueil nous dit qu'elle va se renseigner pour le tarif et nous laisser un message en retour. À ce jour je n'ai tjs pas l'info et pourtant je suis rentrée chez moi !! Lol Dans l'ascenseur une odeur horrible. La chasse d'eau des toilettes qui se recharge toute les 10 secondes... La nuit c'est juste insupportable :( La clim... Comment dire, on la laissait tte la journée pour rafraîchir la pièce, et en revenant le soir on avait l'impression d'être dans un hammam tellement c'était humide. Je pense sincèrement que c'est le pire hôtel où j'ai séjourné. La literie cependant était confortable, et il y a un supermarché à 2 mn à pied, ce sont les seuls avantages.

Upon arrival to my room, immediately saw ROACHES everywhere. General Manager was notified, and he saw no problem. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE! Or any Woodspring Suites after this!

The fault of your own with them dogs and those hotel rooms bark all night. Plus, it’ll be nice if you have iron in the room other than that, everything else was perfect staff very professional very clean

This probably has German roaches in our room. People was arguing in parking lot outside. Moving trucks in parking lot. Not a safe spot for family. Roaches crawling on bed too. Don’t do it.

I stayed at this property for a business trip and it met my needs based on location and proximity to major roadways, walkability to various food options nearby, ease of check-in, utility of the room, and safety of the property. I would stay there again if the need arose.

The restroom in the lobby was not allowed to be used, the coffee pot in lobby was not working, the room has a kitchen with no utensils. The hotel was being used by homeless. I don't recommend this hotel too anyone.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room however had excessive hair on the floor in the bathroom. There was animal hair on beds, pillows and floor.

I find the property well located and the staff is nice and prompt to help. This is what I loved about being there, BUT and there is a big one here, I will not return. For some reason some of us staying there chatted about the connectivity issue with wireless signal no matter the provider. Also the big turn off is the internet. They only provide service for one device, on top of that, the signal was not strong enough and we had issues switching from device. I would have prefer to have a room with no TV and wi-fi coverage for us. Had the price been a bit lower I would have understood. It really made the experience uncomfortable for doing work or connecting with family. There are plenty of hotels in the area with similar price and 'unlimited' Wi-Fi coverage. NOT GOING BACK!,

The staff was nice. The key card machine was down so I never received a key to the room. I had to be escorted to my room by the staff. The furniture in the room had scratches all over it. Not sure why but looked like a cat had a really bad stay there.

It was nice to have laundry in the building, wash my own clothes. The grocery store next door was great because I forgot my toothbrush. When I was hungry I could grab a good meal and some snacks.
