Beau complexe et bien situé. Les employés à l'accueil et pour l'entretien ont tous été amicaux et avenants. Le seul élément irritant a été à notre arrivée lorsqu'on nous a demandé de rencontrer une autre personne pour nous remettre notre passe de stationnement. Il avait un pitch à faire pour nous attirer à une rencontre "sans obligation et qui nous donnerait un voyage gratuit ou une carte prépayée Visa de 150$". Son insistance a été désagréable à gérer après avoir passé une longue journée sur la route.

Only thing that could be imporved would be the upkeep on cleaning the 3rd pool off by its self, just a little tree fallings and bugs, but its nice that not many people use that pool so its nice to have the possibility to have a pool all to our self most of the time. The carpets in the hallway were smelly, but the rooms were clean. The pool area was nice. Lobby convenience store is super expensive. Pool bar was convenient,food is good, but the service was very slow.

Toilet backed- up on our last day…. It ran over with feces all over the bathroom floor. This must be in fact a normal occurrence because staff members didn’t see the urgency in the matter. They tired to convince us to be an owner but I definitely don’t regret declining any offers.

Stay was ok but when we got in the room the TV didn’t work, there were no cups for coffee maker, ice tray in freezer was broken, and we only had 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 5 day stay. When we asked the front desk for another roll they tried to charge us for it. Felt like we were being nickel and dimed at this “resort” we probably will not return.

So this property is very outdated to start with, they also immediately push the timeshare scam. The resort does offer fun stuff but then to even use the basket ball court or any amenities you must “rent” the balls to use then and play ect… also, We found a few bugs in our bed we were worried it was bed bugs and called the front desk their answer was someone can come spray it?!?! Not move us rooms or anything…and it was the bed my kids eere in so they were supposed to sleep on chemicals same day? I’d never even heard of this option before (it’s never happened to me before at a place tho either) The response was terrible and then they never even came to the room either and then lied to us about it after the fact when I called to see what happened. The rooms are old, outdated, spacious yes, seemed subpar cleanliness at best and windows are full of algae so you can barely see out of them. For the most part most of the staff was nice especially the security team. I was refunded PART of the ridiculous $100 in taxes and resort fees. But only after going to the front desk on checkout and having to ask about it only then was I given a small fee return. Overall 6/10.

The room we were in was very large for the price. No housekeeping even though we paid a resort fee. We had to take our own trash out. We had an issue with a fire alarm not working around midnight. However this was taken care of in a timely manner.

My husband and I stayed at this property last year in a one bedroom villa; it was clean bright and spacious. This year we also reserved a one bedroom villa. The room we got this year was dark, dingy, much smaller with a terribly stained carpet. Not planning to return!

This property is very close to all Disney parks, great mini market on property that sells EVERYTHING! Great food and friendly staff!

This was our second time at the resort. It was great, but I liked my first time because I had a bigger room (two bathrooms). When we arrived, we noticed that the AC wasn’t working. I called the front desk and they sent someone right away. It turned out that the compressor was broken, so they sent us to another room. Besides that, everything was great! I love this resort. It’s very close to Disney and to many restaurants!
