While the property itself is quite nice, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms and dining area. During breakfast, we noticed lipstick on a coffee mug that was served to us, popcorn kernels scattered around the bed left from a previous guest, old stains on a face cloth, and hair in the bed that had not yet been slept in, as well as hair around the toilet. After mentioning these issues to the front desk, the gentleman assisting was extremely dismissive and couldn't be bothered to help or resolve the situation in any way; he said, "Sorry, I'll let housekeeping know, but I can't do anything else about it." Needless to say, I'll probably stay at a different property during my next visit.

We absolutely loved our recent stay at the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek. It was exactly what we needed - kid-friendly yet still luxurious. If you have children, check out the kid’s conservatory. It’s the nicest supervised playroom I’ve seen. The food and drinks are excellent and so is the spa. I loved that there were VIP coaches daily to take you to the parks. The best thing was the breakfast- the freshest, most delicious breakfast spread ever. The staff was lovely and accommodating. We were upgraded to the Family Suite and it was super beautiful and comfortable for our family of 4 (2 kids and 2 adults). We’ve decided that we will only stay here from now on when we go to Orlando!

Check-in was not too good. Front Desk does not smile and girl that checked us in seemed very nervous. We were told there was a large group of cheerleaders and we did not get our room until 4:40pm. Staff is unfriendly aside from Valet and bartender Raymond, I believe that was his name. Outlets are decent, but way overpriced. Room was just average and bed was not that comfortable. Pillows were awful. Average property for such a high price.

Poorly managed hotel
Overpriced, poorly managed. This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. They never cleaned my room. By the time the maid did come it was close to 7 pm where my kids were back from activities. You can’t get a table at any restaurant despite only being at 50 percent capacity. They kept saying they were at capacity but there were so many empty tables in each restaurant. We had to get room service one of evenings. So many hidden fees

For the most part I enjoyed the hotel. Sleeping wise it was an awful experience. I was on the 16th floor Suit 1608. Couldn’t sleep because of the elevator noise. It’s 24 hours non stop. There’s a restaurant downstairs sea grill left it without having dinner. The restaurant ac was 62 degrees and it was very cold. People were freezing inside and it was raining outside. We have asked the server to adjust the ac and he came back and said the manager refused. So we had to leave this awful restaurant. Had sushi upstairs it was amazing! Staff were very friendly specially Taylor. Had Lunch first floor and that was amazing as well and Christine I believe this is her name she was very accommodating and so nice. The coffee store by the lobby all of them are very amazing and nice.

Lobby and common areas are nice, seem to be safe & look luxurious. Rooms are comparable to Days Inn & Best Western. Our two-bedroom suite was very basic. It’s like moving to a new empty apartment. This hotel should only be 3-star rating. Nothing luxurious in its rooms. There’s even a sign in the bathrooms not to take the big bottles of toiletries. It shows you the quality of guests JW Marriott at Bonnet Creek gets.
