Beer cans & garbage spread in front of the property we stayed at, my mother in law had her room infested with ants that bit her throughout the night, staff was non existent, floor & ceiling in the unit I stayed in were so uneven it gave my girl friend vertigo making her sick. Property was not at all like it was portrayed in the pictures on the website.

We are sorry to hear that your stay was not to our normal standards. We always try our best to help with any issues that arise and appreciated you reaching out after checking in so we could help. We offered alternative accommodations to assist with your health issue and then ultimately were able to adjust your dates upon your request and provided you a refund for the nights you did not stay.

The room was really cute, but it was very small. The hot water ran out very quickly. The room was very, very cold. We had to buy heater. The bed was comfortable.

It was quiet and the room was clean with comfortable bed, however room was very small and bathroom was extremely tight, neighbour next door was noisy with a dog, and the screen door need lubing in a bad way. Sink faucet was almost plugged from calcium build up, i had to remove the screen to use it. No maid service of any kind and no one in office at all. We stayed for 3 days and although it was ok, we probably wont stay again because of the smallness of the room

I travel a lot for work and this property has by far been my favorite in the entire Okanagan area. Self check in was easy, its updated and clean and very spacious. Will be booking again for my next stay down in Oliver!

No sink in the washroom
A very compact room. Neat and tidy. Despite multiple sign in options, the WiFi only worked outside. There was no sink (or mirror) in the tiny bathroom. After using the toilet you had to come out of the bathroom to wash your hands in the kitchen sink. Both the kitchen and bathroom taps were very loose. The bathroom window didn't lock.

Our stay for great however a couple things to note for a longer stay. We ran out of toilet paper and coffee There was no Kleenex or paper towel offered Parking was tight The air conditioner worked but had to left running constantly and was very noisy

It was fine. The furniture is old and worn. Loudest air conditioner ever heard and its effectiveness wasn’t noticeable. The “closet” was two old bent wire hangers hanging off the shelf that held up the TV cable box. The bedding was old and the mattress hard, but there was a clean shower and toilet, microwave and in-room coffee. But the check-in was a breeze using text and the common premises where the BBQs are has nice picnic tables. It was not an expensive room and definitely had its pros and cons. Could be soooo amazing with a bit of fresh linen and TLC in the rooms. Management should look at “The Stables” in Paso Robles, CA as inspiration for what this place could be!!
