Hôtel de bon confort . Nous avons réservé cet établissement car notre vol arrivait à 1h du matin à l'aéroport de Oakland. Nous avons pû faire l'enregistrement vers 1h30 du matin sans problème .

Bon hôtel, véhicule conseillé
Les plus: bon petit déjeuner (inclus), bonne literie et insonorisation. Proche de l'aéroport et du ferry harbour bay pour san francisco. Staff serviable. Possibilité de prêt de vélos (non testé) Les moins: travaux de la chaussée quand nous y étions, loin du centre = voiture nécessaire. Nous avons utilisé le service de shuttle, mais le week-end, le lobby est vite débordé et une fois impossible de joindre le lobby, du coup obligé de payer un taxi pour retour à l'hôtel. Piscine assez petite et nombreux avions qui passent.

La demande lors de la réservation d'une chambre dans les étages n'avait pas été prise en compte. La réception n'a rien voulu faire une fois sur place (après un vol Paris-Oakland de 11 heures). La chambre au rez de chaussée avait des odeurs.

Microwave in breakfast area had dried congealed yuck in it. Just disgusting. I had to tell the front desk that the phone in the room didn’t work THREE times.

Was told the hot tub was working but it was ice cold. The bar was closed. The front desk had trouble finding my reservation. But the place was clean and the breakfast surprisingly good.

Property was great to stay at, especially considering the state of Oakland. We were there are a family and I felt safe having my kids with me. It was a very short stay so we didn’t get to experience the breathe of the hotel but for what we came for, it was perfect. My only complaint and issue I had was cell phone service in our room was practically non-existent and the WIFI was TERRIBLE!

We had a good stay! Breakfast was really nice, something for everyone. Room was ok. No fridge, but yes to coffee pods. Pillows and blankets were nice and soft. The only thing that was unfortunate was we were told the outdoor pool was heated, but it definitely was not.

Stayed at dozens of different Hampton Inns lately and this is first one that didn't have a fridge or microwave in the room. Wasn't what I was expecting but everything else was good. Staff was friendly and the everything was clean.

The room was clean and very pleasant the bed very comfortable. I was surprised that there was not a small refrigerator. Usually there’s a small set up with a coffee pot and refrigerator. Definitely miss those as I like to make my own tea in the morning.

This property was clean, the staff was pleasant, the room was nice, the breakfast was pretty darn good for a hotel breakfast. The staff was excellent, always had a smile and always able to help if needed. Had one minor issue with the heater, which turned out not to be an issue at all. Just incorrect directions. I would definitely stay here again.
