Excellent et bien placé !
Excellent hôtel ! La chambre avec vue sur l'eau est très agréable et calme. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. 30 min en voiture de San Francisco. Prévoir une voiture.

Best Western a San Francisco
L'hôtel est de bonne qualité, propre et les employés sont très serviables et gentils. Ils sont attentifs à vos moindres besoins et questions. Les boissons (café et the) sont à volonté toute la journée. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et riche. Les chambres sont très confortables. Nous étions une famille de 5 (4 adultes et un enfant). Le seul inconvénient, il faut avoir une voiture pour se déplacer car l'hôtel est en banlieu de San Francisco.

The hotel was very clean and felt safe. It was perfect for our purposes which was to see a show in Jack London Square. We hhaad a nice view from our room overlooking the estuary and Alameda.

This hotel was perfect for our quick stay in Oakland. The breakfast had a ton of options and a really cool cappuccino machine! The pool is a little on the smaller side, but the hot tub and pool were enough to occupy my kids the one day we swam. The location was perfect for the airport, zoo and coliseum! Across the freeway was a homeless encampment but I feel like it was far enough away that I never felt scared and our car was fine for the 3 days we were here. Overall I would say this hotel exceeded our expectations!!

Just the carpet take it out. The smell matters and the dusts from it. Wish the tub is not separated but big bathroom I like. Also breakfast is ok wish there were bacons. Nice staff…

Pros-Easy access to 880. No homeless people around. Cons-No non-dairy available at breakfast like they used to. Minimal cleaning. No longer have hot chocolate from the machine. House keeping didn’t refill coffee pods.

Called ahead to see if I would be able to check in a couple hours early and the staff was very nice and accommodating. When I arrived, not only could I check in early with no extra fee, but they also upgraded my room as well! Everyone was extremely kind and the room itself was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely come back next time we’re in the area! Highly recommend!

Beautiful views. Friendly staff, huge room, free ride to Bart station. Only negative was that the room was cold and I couldn’t adjust AC and no blanket or duvet so had to get up in the middle of the night and go to front desk for a blanket. Front desk person was friendly.

I liked the very spacious room, the outdoor seating allowing for a serene view of the Bay, and the beautiful restroom that not only had a nice-sized shower but also a deep tub. I did not like the amount of noise--voices from others in the hall or next door room, and the nearby sound of a fan that was on non-stop making it hard to sleep peacefully.

We've always loved our stay here. Rooms are spacious and clean. Balcony views are a plus. Free buffet breakfast in the mornings and our stay is convenient for our weekends in Oakland.

Great waterfront view! Great staff and overall very clean hotel. Not the hotel's fault, but this area has a large homeless encampment across the freeway from it. But, that is fairly common in the Bay now so...

The hotel turned out to be better than expected. The room and bathroom was spacious. I would have given this hotel a better rating, except on the last night of our stay, our car, along with 4 others, had their windows broken by thieves. The property has security that patrol the parking lot, but I guess they were sleeping on the job or something.

Affordable comfortable place for family stay.
Hotel was clean, rooms large and comfortable. Desk clerks in mid afternoon were not too friendly and the rep who proessed our arrival gave the impression that she was not wanting to be there...very odd. Other than that, the free included breakfast was great, fresh, and plentiful. I did not like that I had to pay for parking every day, seems like a ploy to squeeze more money from you.
