I loved the property. The lobby and hallways and the room was clean. The one problem was that for $267 for a nights stay, I would expect better service from the staff. I messaged the front desk at 10:00 pm to ask for an additional pillow. At 11:00 pm I reached back out and was assured it was being handled and on the way. At 2:30, I again asked ur front desk and was again told they were working on it. I never got my pillow or a message explaining why. I expressed my dissatisfaction this morning and the day shift attendee was completely apologetic. I’m hoping this was just a one time thing with a staff member who obviously did not care about customer satisfaction. It put a bad taste in my mouth. I mean if I was staying at a $55 night hotel, then yes. But a $267 4 star hotel I expect better out of. Now besides this one thing not being handled properly I have no other complaints.

Nice hotel but the restaurant is not the best. Staff was friendly. Parking is $35 per night. If I knew that I would have stayed somewhere else in town. Charged twice for incidentals, never did receive a strait anwser why. Hopefully it will be refunded.

The key card system was down the entirety of our stay, we had to be escorted to our rooms anytime we left and came back. We had 4 rooms booked for work travel. We complained to the front desk that there should be some resolution, room comps, free parking something. We were given a $10.00 voucher for the restaurant. Charged full price for our rooms and parking. A real disappointment that there was not more of an effort on the hotel to make it right. Needless to say we will not be booking a stay at the Sheraton again.

Overcharge for valet
They overcharged my Visa card. I have reached out to them several times and received no response. Valet was $30-33 a night ( I can’t remember the exact amount ) but I was charged the price for a room instead of the valet prices. Will never go back to this hotel. This don’t include getting a room that took the refrigerator hours to start working and having a tv that didn’t work. We had to take 3 days of luggage and move to another room. Well they did give us free breakfast passes that we did not used because majority of the things they had was pork besides the cereal and fruits and we do not eat pork.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Donovan.The problems I had were the parking $20 per day in a garage you have to walk to or valet parking for $25 per day. Breakfast buffet was $18.95 per person for mediocre food. With almost paying $200 per room you would think there would be something included besides wifi that we didn't use.

Was very disappointed with the hotel. It looked so nice in the pictures but it wasnt that nice in reality. The room didn't have the large bathtub like pictured on the website and the staff said they dont have those in their hotel.
