bien centraliser a 20 minutes de la plage.
employer tres gentil et disponible le type de l acceuil jessie et une autre dame que je ne me souviens plus du non j ai bien hates de les revoirs d ici 2 ans je vais y retourner et au meme hotel.un soir il nous ont payer la pizza ont a apprecier merci beaucoup.la famille du quebec. il ce souviendront de nous.xx

They told me that the room I reserved was not available do to overbooking, but there was no car in the parking lot all weekend. They gave me a smaller room, it smelled and the batteries were dead in the remote control. Not what I signed up for

Online showed one room availabile. Reserved the room. Got to the property and they were full. Said the app does that a lot. No room at the inn.

This is definitely a disappointment. Sure isn’t worth the price. Trash piled up in hall all day and night. Cans over flowing outside main entrance. Enough trash lining the front of the building to fill a truck bed. Go to walk up the stairs inside and I look down and see aluminum foil with some sort of substance that you could tell was cooked in the foil. Total disappointment.

The property is around a few longer term stay suites, lots of stores and shopping areas nearby that are walkable. The hotel is exactly average and what I was looking for. The room was clean enough and the amenities were great, it’s pet friendly too which is a bonus. Absolutely screams Virgina.

It was a horrible service from check-in to Check-out. Me and my family arrived Friday evening to check-in well none of the reservations paper work was printed out so we had to wait okay no big deal. We get to the room well key card did not work so we had to go back down the to service desk to get that situated. At that point we were tired and hungry so the front desk attendant express they will have it fix when we get back. We get back around 10pm and our key card still was not operational, we had to go back down at this point we were really tired and sleepy so the front desk attendant had to use his master card to let us in for tonight. Get up the next morning (Saturday) still no key card operational, we endure this the whole stay. Property manger had to hook up a computer just to open the door for each time we need to leave the property. Didn’t get ask to move to another room til Saturday night which we were to exhaust to move anll our belongings and we had an 5am flight Sunday morning. This was a very inconvenience for me and my family. Room 302 needs a major upgrade to that room. I pray they take that room off line until they are able to fix the door. I will never recommend this property to anyone.

I would not stay again
Trying to get in contact directly was awful. It didnt happen. You all had to email them after trying to make phone contact. Our room smelled like mildew. We opened the window to help. Paint was peeling in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper initially. It needs a refresh. Pull up the carpet and start over. I would not stay again. The staff was professional and attentive in person. No complaints about them.

The location was great, its near restaurants, and shopping. There wasn't a store within the hotel as advertised or vending maxhine. There were dirty towels from the previous guest left on the bathroom floor and strands of red hair on the kitchen coubter.

One strangely unique thing about this property is that there is NO ICE MACHINE! What in the world were they thinking? The hotel was nice but I just can't stay at a hotel without an ice machine

Check In was supposed to be 3 pm but our room wasn’t clean until almost 9. Evening staff were not good. The lady working the desk told me to go out and find a manger who was smoking on his break and ask him about the room taking so long instead of her checking with house keeping. Rooms were suitable and comfortable but after a 10 Hour drive we didn’t want to Wait 6 hours in a lobby for a clean room that I booked and paid for 8 months earlier

This place is convenient to downtown Norfolk.....but I could and should have paid the same price and stayed downtown. The place is old, decorated old, feels old......tv's from the 90's, alarm clocks with no ports for plugging in phone....it's 2023 and felt like 2003 in that place. You can tell that ownership invests NOTHING in that property

There is absolutely no way to get help with your room booked through Expedia. We were delayed due to weather which I don't control. The folks at the hotel told me my room would cancel since I couldn't be there so it was my problem to find another place to stay.

I wish that I would have read the negative reviews before I booked. The first issue was the phone. I called before we checked in and no answer. When I arrived the front desk attendant said that when it rained that week it knocked the phones out and they were waiting on the repairman. (We stayed two days and we still had to go downstairs for trash bags and toilet tissue) When we got off the elevator to go to our room, it was extremely humid in the hallway with a mildew smell. Our room had a lot of patchwork done. There were missing tiles in the bathroom and the sink water ran real slow. The bathroom door looked as if it had been punched and they just painted over it. The good points were the bed was comfortable and the shower water was hot.

Great room for the price but no coffee in the lobby! There was coffee in the Candlewood Shop off the lobby but no creamer avaialble. My wife, who is a bear without her coffee, was not pleased.
