チャイナタウンにあり、ホテル他の階層は異臭がしたりがありましたがここのホテルの階だけ異世界。ものすごく良い匂いで出迎えてくれます。とても綺麗でサービスも良く、大満足です。ラウンジに電子レンジもあります。 ラガーディア空港のみの無料シャトルバスが出ているので便利もいいです。タイムズスクエアまでバスと電車で40分ほどでした。タクシーを利用するともう少し早いです。 ホテルを出てすぐのところにコンビニ(売店?)のようなところもあり食事には困りません。 清潔感があり部屋も広く、また泊まりたいです。

I do not recommend this hotel due to the extreme shouting/singing noise from the bar/karaoke club right under the hotel rooms. The shouting/singing can be heard fully heard all the way to our 2nd fl rooms. Due to the bar/karaoke club in the same building, the smell of patrons smoking was incredible strong from the lobby to our rooms. Due to us staying during the weekend, the loud noise of drunk people outside the bar/club can be heard. There was big shouting match when a fight broke out in the parking lot. They have access to the same parking lot as for the hotel customers too. We were not able to find parking space at all and had to pay the valet service (in additional to the parking space cost of $20 per day that the hotel was charging already). It was 11pm and we did not want to wait for a possible parking space. The room itself was modern and clean. The room was missing the remote control. The front desk was able to locate another remote but were not able to find battery for the remote to work. By the couple times, we were exhausted and gave up on the remote situation. They did move us to the 3rd place after the noise complaint but it seems that they are fully aware of this constant complaint. He did say the same 3rd floor rooms may have HVAC sounds control issue so if this is an issue, he can moved us again. 3 different rooms in 1night was so inconvenient. I think for the price that they were charging, there are better option in a more convenient and safer neighborhood.

I was given a room that faced the front entrance parking lot and unfortunately was unable to sleep due to kareoke music playing loudly from an adjacent restaurant until 2am. The desk clerk did not address my concern and led me to believe it would be better after the weekend. Untrue. The young lady desk clerk the next day promptly moved me. Most positive was the hotels shuttle service.

The front desk guy who checked me in, gave me an occupied room. I walked in around 11:30 PM and there was someone sleeping in the room. He claimed that the credit card terminal didnt have Tap, paid using tap. Maybe he was having a rough night

Loved our stay. Except the night club on the property began playing loud music at 11pm. We were given the option to change rooms and we did. Great staff! We would stay there again.

I booked here with the specific requirement or the hotel shuttle. called in the morning to confirm shuttle pick up spoke with Dominic confirmed shuttle would not be a issue. My flight landing was scheduled to land at 10:20 Dominic told me the shuttle took 15 min to get to airport and that it stopped at 11:00. Then long story short no shuttle from the airport or back to the airport for my designated time. The hotel and elevator smelled of Marijuana huge issue for airline employee.... Im super frustrated that i paid alot of money for a mediocre facility that i didnt even want to sleep under the blankets and they did even provide the services I marked as a requirement when I booked. I ended up calling lyft back as soon as i new the airport was opening and sitting there Not as pictured....

I love how they had a bar as well as front desk staff is really good they were on any question or issues I’ve had. They also had microwavable food and drinks you can buy at the front desk.

Room was very clean and and comfy. The property is shared with three or four businesses not affiliated with the hotel. Just getting to your room is an adventure. Staff wasn’t super helpful in providing guidance.
