Hotel très bien situé (38e st). Quartier avec tous type de restaurant. Situé a pied de Time Square - Empire State et stations de métro a 4 rue dans la direction nord et sud (42 et 34 st ). Chambre super bien (nous avions une premium20e étage). Seul point faible la façons dont est fait la salle pour le déjeuner, trop petite et mal organiser pour tout ce monde, mais cela ne nous a quand même pas ampécher de bien déjeuner

Bon séjour
Bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Bien placé dans le Midtown, à proximité de Broadway et Port Authority. Les employés à la réception sont tops, disponibles, chaleureux, accueillants, aimables. Je tiens particulièrement à féliciter la réception. Pour le ménage, il y avait des cheveux sur le lit en dessous des coussins et sur le sol, derrière les rideaux dès mon arrivée. Je n'ai pas demandé que la femme de ménage fasse ma chambre pendant mon séjour juste un sac poubelle pour changer ma poubelle. J'ai demandé poliment et là aucun bonjour de la femme de ménage, très froide. Je n'ai pas compris pourquoi, je lui ai demandé si elle ne parlait pas et elle m'a répondu en anglais qu'elle était espagnole. Je ne pense pas que ça empêche d'être polie. Pareil pour la personne qui s'occupe du petit-déjeuner qui parle anglais ET espagnol, elle était très désagréable et impolie, elle ne répondait pas quand on lui posait une question. Elle n'était pas là pendant 2 jours pendant mon séjour et c'était beaucoup mieux avec l'autre personne. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas très varié, un peu plus de choix le dimanche avec des pommes de terre sautés et un steak, meilleur que le bacon sec proposé les autres jours de la semaine, dommage ce n'était que le dimanche.

Même si nous n'étions qu'au deuxième étage et que, du fait du covid, le petit dej était en grab and go, tout le reste fut très bien : la situation géographique, la superficie de la chambre, la literie et l'amabilité de tous les employés ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet hôtel dans lequel nous reviendrions avec plaisir !

Juste un manque de diversité au niveau du petit déjeuner, certainement en raison du covid, simplement du pain de mie ,gauffre et un choix de plat salé (pas de viennoiseries ou muffins, ou autre pain). On a été super bien accueilli le personnel de la réception est vraiment sympathique! L'hôtel est très bien situé pas très loin du métro et a une dizaine de minutes de TS. Les chambres ne sont pas très spacieuses, même pas la place de laisser sa valise ouverte obligé de la refermer tout le temps pour pouvoir circuler. Le coffre ne fonctionnait pas. A ma demande la chambre était faite tous les jours, mais sur 7 nuits les draps n'ont jamais été changés alors qu'en hôtellerie en général c'est au bout de 3 nuits qu'on les change et jamais le sol n'a ete nettoyé. Le petit déjeuner est plus que basic, de mediocre qualité, le même que l'on trouve dans les motels premiers prix, on boit dans des verres jetables et on mange dans les assiettes en cartons, le choix est très très limité thé café oeufs bacon toast et on a fait le tour, quand on considère le prix que l'ont a payé pour la semaine 😱 les prestations ne sont vraiment mais vraiment pas du tout à la hauteur. New york est très cher pour l'hébergement mais à mon avis si la chambre est a plus de 100€ la nuit trouvez en un autre celui là ca vaut pas le coup il y a mieux dans le secteur pour le prix! Ah oui et on a attendu 30 minutes nos bagages ce qui nous a valu de payer un super supplément au chauffeur qui nous attendait 👎

Superbe petit hôtel hyper propre et comfortable à 5min à pieds de Time Square. Nous avions une chambre assez grande pour 4 personnes sans problèmes. Le personnel est très accueillant et aidant en cas de pépin. La salle de petits déjeuner au sous-sol est vraiment minuscule et manque un peu de choix de nourriture. Le seul HIC majeur est le stationnement. Il y en a un payant juste de l’autre côté de la rue, mais à 50$ US/ nuit.

Overall Hotel is at great location, property and room is clean. Lady at front desk who works morning shift was extremely rude. I ask to change our room because AC was too loud .She was making feel like I am serving her and she is a customer. Her voices so loud and she is rude, the way how she look at you - you just don’t want to deal with her . Management please don’t put people at front desk who doesn’t want to help

Very walkable to Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. The room was clean and updated, and there were only 4 rooms per floor so it was quiet all night. They even kept our bags after checkout so we could explore before our train. Check in was easy, and the building was very secure.

Relatively quite for being in NYC. Breakfast was good, but if it wasn't for you, there were two bakeries on the corners, plus a 7/11... a few minutes away from Time Square and Rockefeller center... To access the lobby you have to use your key card so there was that extra safety measure....

Overall experience was good. We stayed numerous times in this hotel. As a matter of fact this is the only hotel we chose when come to NY. With all features checked as “excellent” I wish we, as Hotels.com gold members could use our privilege of free early check in and or free room upgrade while booked through Expedia since Expedia and Hotels.com affiliated under “One Key” program. We had to pay $35 for early check in. Stuff was excellent, Cynthia was very accommodating and welcomy.

We we very happy this this hotel. The access to the subway was exactly between the stops at 34th and Penn station and the 42nd St. Time Square. It was quick walk to Broadway and Time's Square for Broadways show. We found a super great Italian restaurant just 1/2 block away. I think it was called Nitti's on 9th Ave. Our hotel bed was comfortable, nice pillows, nice view, nicely insulated from lots of noise. We appreciated the coffee, hot chocolate and warm cookies in the lobby!
