Très belle chambre, moderne, très propre. Lit confortable. Malgré que l'hôtel est situé à quelques mètres de Times Square, l'insonorisation est excellente. Très bien situé dans la ville, beaucoup d'attractions à distance de marche, plusieurs stations de métro à proximité.

It was my first time a the hotel, but it is Nice, clean, confortable. We didn’t have a car, so i don’t know for the parking. I suggest this hotel.

Hôtel idéalement situé
Commençons par le principal : l'hôtel est à 2 minutes à pied de Times Square. Difficile d'être mieux situé dans New York. Les prestations sont globalement de qualité : le personnel est aux petits soins (notamment les bagagistes, vraiment impeccables) et très aimable, rien à redire sur l'hygiène. Côté points un peu plus négatifs, la chambre n'était pas très spacieuse (peut-être la contrepartie d'un endroit aussi central) et la baignoire légèrement abîmée dans la salle de bains. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Location is amazing. Everywhere you go in this hotel is very elegant and clean. The concierge service was excellent and they know many wonderful restaurants or lounges around! The bedrooms are new and very nice. I had a deluxe one which was absolutely perfect! Thanks for my very pleasant stay in Hard Rock Hotel.

very nice hotel at the foot of times square, an ideal position. the recent hotel has beautiful finishes, despite this and its fairly high price we had holey sheets with slight stains. quite unpleasant, cold, nonchalant staff. a rather disconcertingly rapid check-out. I won't even talk about the reception regarding the Rooftop RT60 which is non-existent... rude staff. To summarize: very pretty hotel with an ideal location but very cold staff at the hotel and very rude at the rooftoop. I would only recommend it for its central location on Times Square

L emplacement est parfait. L hôtel très moderne est étroit, les chambres sont petites, manque de rangement... La literie est merveilleuse, le café en capsule ainsi que des bouteille d eau sont offertes chaque jour.

hotel moderne et tres propre et de haut standing seul bémol à l'arrivée ce n'était pas le prix annoncé par hotels.com? mais plus de 600 dollars plus cher et j'ai du réclamé ce qui n'est jamais agréable et après des minutes de palabre ils ont finalement retenu la proposition financière de hotels.com que j'avais pris soin d'enmener sur moi ( format papier ) un peu cavalier voire malhonnête pour un hotel de ce standing! et surtout très désagréable
