Great experience - great house w/ pool - 2 min walk to beach...
We loved everything about our stay and have zero complaints. The walk to the beach was much closer than expected - and it was all flat w a few steps at the beach.. We had a house full with our grown children and 4 grandkids but the house was big enough to spread out. The master bedroom and bath were very nice and we also loved the pool area and fully stocked kitchen...

Perfect NSB House
We loved this house, perfect proximity to everything, grocery store, Flagler Ave., several other restaurant's, the beach is right across the street with very easy access and walking distance to some beach restaurants and Flagler Ave. We rented bikes and found several trails nearby and easy backroads. The heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the night. We had family the first half and some close friends the second half of our stay and everyone loved the space. We would highly recommend this lovely home.

Great property!!
We highly recommend this property! It is decorated beautifully. There was ample seating for our group of 8. The pool/spa is great.....we really only used the spa a couple of times, but it was wonderful to be able to use one in the winter. Again, we recommend this property and would definitely book again!

Family FL trip
Overall lovely stay, great location & lots of nice touches in the house. Very convenient for beach & local restaurants. The backyard was peaceful & relaxing. My only complaints are no toiletries were provided in either bathroom (just hand soap) and when I asked about additional toilet paper, as only 1 roll was provided I was told to go buy more myself. I was a little thrown off by this given the price of the house, but all in all we had a nice stay.

We had 4 of us stay for a cousins trip and the home was super clean and anything you needed was provided for. Tammy did a wonderful job communicating with us and there were no issues. Highly recommend for family get togethers. Great job by the host.

Happy Birthday
Other than not having a fourth bedroom, everything was great. Our three year old loved the pool and the ocean. Everyone had to try the master bathroom-pretty lush! Having such a great place to stay with both a pool and being close to the beach contributed to a wonderful, memorable 80th birthday weekend with family. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you!

Hidden Gem
We had to change our vacation plans last minute due to evacuating from the hurricane on the gulf side of Florida! This home is the PERFECT location and just a few steps from the beach. The home was clean, and the owner was very accommodating due to our last minute booking! 10/10 would recommend!

The property was great. Communication was easy and quick. The previous group left the pool really dirty but the homeowners worked quickly to resolve the situation. I would absolutely stay there again.

Vacation home that has everything you need.
The home was very well setup for our family group. We all chose a bedroom first. The living room kitchen combination was a great place to keep an eye on the two little ones. The pool was a good size and both children 2-4 loved it. It was the focus of each day. We didn’t use the hot tub due to time schedules. Everything we needed was available. The home was nicely decorated. Parking for three cars.

Perfect Home
First time @ New Smyrna Beach. This home was just the perfect spot to relax. We really enjoyed using the pool everyday. This home has great vibes, easy walk across the street to the beach and the hosts were so great to get in touch with and so responsive to all my inquiries. Highly recommend staying here, but hoping you don't so it won't be booked up when I want to return :) Will def be back!

Awesome family friendly beach house
We loved this house, highly recommend & will definitely be back. Owners were responsive & checkin process was great. We had a few cloudy days so we really enjoyed the hot tub & pool sun shelf. We had 3 kids under 2 yrs & 4 adults and the space was perfect. The beach was an easy short walk and the house had everything we needed for light cooking. Publix and restaurants were right down the road, so close to everything!

Amazing stay
This is the perfect house to rent in NSB. The house was immaculate, pool was amazing… can’t say enough good things about the house itself. Close to the beach, restaurants & shopping! The owner was great & super accommodating. He made sure to have a pack and play there before our trip so that we didn’t have to travel with one. If we come back to NSB, we will definitely be staying here again!

Absolutely perfect!
This home is everything in the listing and more! The pool and hot tub are gorgeous, the master bath is stunning and the home is beautifully decorated. The beach is a 2 minute walk across the street and it's not super crowded. We visit family in NSB most years and this is our favorite home we've shared...we will definitely be back!

Clean and close to beach
Very clean. Check in was easy. Location was perfect. Had everything we were looking for in a rental. Beach towels and sunscreen were in the laundry room and we added some sunscreen also for the next guests. Very Short walk to beach access across the street. hot tub and pool were set in the 70’s when we got there. In an email received prior to arrival it stated we would be responsible for additional gas usage. Sent a text and she responded very quickly with a short video to watch to increase the heat so we could enjoy the amenities- video was easy to follow. It did warm quickly to be able to enjoy! A list of close places to eat was on the fridge along with checkout instructions. we did go to a few of those along with Crabby’s restaurant (which was not on the list but would recommend). Grill worked fine and plenty of cooking utensils and pans. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Home
This is a beautiful home in a great location. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. My only issue was the twin bed bedroom. It was more a closet with beds. It’s great for kids but not big enough for adults. I would definitely go back but not with 6 adults.

A beautiful home with so many amenities! The house was just as described on the website, very clean and a great location! Beautiful outdoor space too but didn’t enjoy it due to cold weather.
