Expérience désagréable avec le petit-déjeuner. Nous avions pris une chambre pour 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants), Exécutive Level - Two Queens, via le site Expedia. Le problème est double: 1. Contrairement aux photos du site même de l'hôtel, le petit-dejeuner n'est pas un buffet. C'est dans le restaurant à la carte appelé Desire qu'il se prend. 2. Ca fonctionne par système de coupon, et quel que soit le nombre de personnes qu'il y ait dans la chambre, c'est 2 coupons par jour et par réservation. Donc, on a reçu 10 coupons pour 5 jours alors que nous avions réservé et payé pour le petit-déjeuner inclus pour toute la réservation. Aucune manière de discuter avec la responsable de la réception. Elle m'a répété que ce n'était pas de leur responsabilité mais celle d'Expedia. Personnel à la réception pas aidant et pas aimable malheureusement. J'ai écris à Expedia.ca et j'espère qu'ils vont trouver une solution à cette situation. Merci d'avance.

We enjoyed our stay at Royal Sonesta. It’s right in the middle of the action on Bourbon Street, but very quiet and calm inside. Pool was beautiful! Only complaint was that our room was not ready until 5:00, a full hour after check in. Would recommend and stay again

Place was great! Staff was awesome! Unfortunately there seemed to be a confusion when the time came to check out. We paid extra to have late check out. They gave us until 3pm. But day of we got calls from house keeping and Security came to our door asking when can we could check out. It was annoying. Over all through great place and great location. We had a great time!!
