Stayed a week. Housekeeping was very accommodating to our late mornings and did an amazing job. Live piano was a delightful addition to our stay and allowed us an opportunity to hang out in the lobby and people watch.

They didn't mention on expedia about no self-parking. Added $147 Tax to my tab for Valet. I would have stayed at Hilton itself with free self-parking and gotten a better deal. My conference was at Hilton.

Excellent front desk staff. This hotel is top tier and perfectly located. Bourbon st is within walking distance and there is a lot of other attractions nearby. 10/10 best hotel in N.O.

We had a great stay! Beautiful property. Close to restaurants and we could walk to Bourbon Strret and the French Quarter without actually staying there. Very friendly and helpful staff!!

Shades in bathroom had not been dusted in what seems FOREVER. Shower floor mildewed. Carpet had dog hair on it The staff was amazing and friendly. Area around hotel did not feel safe, although I that is a NOLA problem not the hotel.

Good location, not very efficient arrival for valet parking. Big hotel that was probably 5 star in its day. Rooms are dated at this point. Prices were reasonable for a suite. Overall good

The hotel was super clean and the staff made sure we were comfortable. I really enjoyed the amenities and the robes in the room were a nice addition! We traveled with kids and they appreciated the indoor pool and we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna!

While my overall experience at the hotel was pleasant, there were a couple of minor inconveniences that I encountered. Upon arrival, I was informed by the front desk clerk that my room was not yet ready, and I was assured that I would receive a notification once it was prepared. However, after waiting for two hours, I returned to the front desk to inquire about my room status, and a different clerk informed me that my room had actually been ready just 15 minutes after my initial check-in. Additionally, I had a dining credit of $21 that was not applied during my visit. I appreciate your attention to these matters and would like to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues. Thank you for your understanding.

We have stayed here for years. We really love this property. It is convenient, the bar is wonderful with great drinks and a local feel. The people are helpful and kind. We have been coming for probably 30 years now and the decor has never really changed. I think therte was a restaurant update but the rooms are very dated and now dirty. There was an enourmous amount of dust accumulation behind our bathroom sink in the slated blinds. The location, room size, and people are such an asset, please take some time to fully scrub and update this property! We want to keep coming.

The price when I booked my room was $17.40 less than the amount I was charged when I checked out. I was overcharged. It is not right to book a room at one price and then charge more than that!
