Services was on point, Staff were great Style of the hotel was amazing. I wish the restaurant in the hotel would offer more than breakfast but there is plenty of restaurant in the area anyway. Hotel was surprinsingly quiet for a Bourbon street hotel: nice nights of sleep. I would go back anytime

Hotel vieillot absolument pas à la hauteur des prix demandés! Les chambres donnant sur les rues sont beaucoup trop bruyantes jusqu'à 3h du matin!! Celles donnant sur la piscine, plus calme mais très mauvaise insonorisation. Oreillers plus que sales quand on retire les taies. Personnel absolument pas à l'écoute.

Hôtel au coeur du quartier historique de NO. TRES TRES bruyant si votre chambre donne sur la rue, ce qui doit etre le cas d au moins la moitié de celles ci. Musique dans les bars de bourbon street jusqu'à 5h du matin et ce tous les jours avec huisseries loin d être isolantes. Pas de salle de breakfast, chambre pas tres nette et gel douche non rempli. Bref une belle promesse sur le papier mais à ne pas recommander

Beautifully updated and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming and love in the bar every night was great. The concierge was really helpful. Food options were limited to breakfast which was poor and expensive. Otherwise we loved it and had a great stay.

The location is amazing yet quiet. We walked everywhere and never got lost since the hotel is right behind the Cathedral. The pool was a lovely respite to the heat and humidity so pack upper swimsuit!

Located in the thick of bourbon street. Make sure you request to be roomed on the side of the hotel that is opposite of bourbon street if you want to have quiet night of sleeping.

Great "home base" location in the heart of the French Quarter. I could see Bourbon Street from my balcony but could hear very little noise. Decent sized room compared to other French Quarter Hotel rooms.

This hotel is adequate. It’s very expensive for what they offer… which is location location location. The rooms are lack luster in options for convenience. There’s one ice maker per floor with NO air conditioning in the halls…if your towards either end your use will melt by the time you’re back to your room. The coffee makers are not commercial grade and two different rooms they were not working. There are very many outlets in the room to plug in devices… or even usb plugs available. There’s a decadence to old charm of the hotel that could be gorgeous, but with what seems like understaffing… the chandeliers were all very dirty with cob webs… the lobby furniture has seen many better days. We opted to try breakfast in the hotel and it took nearly an hour to have croissants and orange juice. Again a notable staffing issue, and not much cross training when they pull other staff to fill in. The hardest part of this stay was a request for a room that wasn’t far from the elevator because of limited mobility and we were placed in no man’s land… then offered an upgrade (that we needed to pay for) as the only option to have an accesible room. As said the hotel is adequate to be close to all the action… but for comfort… find a new place.

We loved our stay. The hotel was clean and staff were very helpful and nice. The only thing that disappointed me was that when we arrived we were early but our room was ready so we would be able to check in early. Then we were charged $40 for early check in. If our room was ready why were we charged? I was told that it’s Hotel policy. This has never happened to me before. We travel a lot and if room is ready we are allowed to check in with no charge.

We had to adjust our stay as our previous hotel's basement flooded requiring them to shut down all electrical and evacuate. The staff at Bourbon Orleans were all incredibly kind and accommodating, and the beautiful pool area was the perfect place for us to relax and wait for our room to be ready. The poolside bar was a wonderful touch and the gentleman working it was very kind as well, he even made little complimentary spiked lemonades that he passed out to everyone at the pool. The hotel was next door to quite a few bars, but I found they all cut off the excessive noise around midnight (e.g. microphones, karaoke, etc.). I would definitely stay here again.

The staff are very professional and treated us amazing. The area is great and walking distance to every bar, restaurant imaginable. The pool is such a plus. The only thing was the A/C in our room went out twice in the 3 nights we stayed and the room was 76 inside. But great experience overall
