Best Hotel near Broadway. Can be noisy from the street in the hotel but I was there to have fun and Nashville didn't disappoint.

Our stay at the Hyatt Place was great. It’s in a very convenient location, just 3 blocks from Broadway and several restaurants and shopping. The room was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, and they even held our bags free of charge after check out so we could do some more shopping and exploring before our later flight. Would definitely stay here again!

I asked for a bottle of water since I couldn’t find any in the room. I been told that is dispensed only at the reception desk and only to members of the hotel! Really???? I pay $200.00 for one night stay and cannot get a bottle of water???

We arrived late due to flight delay. We booked a king bed but they had only 2 queens available, but would transfer us when the correct room became available. Never happened. The restaurant was advertised by the hotel as being open until11 pm, and although we arrived at 10 pm, the restaurant was closed. Other than that, we loved our stay, and the location was great.

We accidentally booked room for the wrong night. Kelsey was amazing at working with Expedia personnel to assist. The hotel was clean, in a great location, and breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend!

Frozen fruit for breakfast was odd. 4th Hyatt this trip and all others had fresh fruit. Once it defrosted it was gross. This location is near construction. Jack hammer started at 7am sharp and could be heard through the hotel. Hyatt can’t do anything about it but you will not sleep in. Hard if you have been out all night

The room was nice but not as quality as you would expect for the price. I guess you pay for the convenience of being just a block from popular Broadway bars. The room and bathroom was clean with no issues. The free breakfast was very good with plenty of choices and seating. The self-parking option at the hotel is recommended. The fee is par with nearby garages. It is a good choice because it is an attached parking garage with direct inside access to the rooms via elevator.
