La localisation est ce qui sauve la note de 3 sur cet hôtel car il est difficile d'être mieux localisé. Par contre, l'hôtel a besoin de rénovations majeures : tapis et peinture dans les couloirs et escaliers, et toute la chambre! Sachez qu'Ocean Blvd à cet endroit est un endroit où se rassemblent des propriétaires de Mustang qui font un show de muffler à tous les soirs, donc bruyant entre 20h et 22h si vous avez des enfants ce n'est pas l'idéal. Ils offrent tous les jours des serviettes propres dans un sac laissé à la porte. Le personnel était accomodant mais je ne dirais pas amical. C'est un hôtel correct si vous avez un budget restreint et voulez être sur la plage avec parking gratuit.

The is a Mustang Convention that takes place the week following Labor Day (every year), so, yes, it is definitely a little noisier than normal, especially when you have a unit reserved on the boulevard side of the building (non-oceanfront). Anyway, thanks again for choosing Holiday Sands North "On the Boardwalk".

Belle hôtel le seul hic lit très inconfortable mais à fait le travail pour les 5 nuits. Sinon le personnel nous répond assez vite et avec gentillesse. Proximité de la plage un plus et frigidaire assez gros. Les piscines en dessous de l’hôtel et un plus pour les jeunes et surtout pour les journées de pluies.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and worked quickly to address an issue that we had with soiled sheets. The hotel is what you would expect for a sub $100 a night room. If you don't have high expectations you won't be disappointed

The room that I was given was room 112. The ceiling was cracked and had plaster falling. Rust and dirt everywhere. The tub had rust in it as well. Hotel needs a major remodel. I arrived at 2 am. It was so gross that I did not even feel comfortable enough to take a nap. I checked out at 10 am and requested a refund for the remaining days. I understand being cost-efficient, but not dirty. This is not a vacation spot. I wouldn't suggest anyone stay there.

The hotel is in very poor condition. Hallway floors were not vacuumed and carpet in the room was stained and dirty. Walls were unpainted. Bathroom sink did not drain properly. Faucet in tub was not properly connected to the wall. Comforter on bed was stained. Staff were willing and helpful to provide new comforter and also in helping us order our for dinner

Bed sheets had holes in them and the room smelled moldy. The bathroom had black mold. The building was dirty. The only good thing was the view.

Very average. Floor was dirty and sticky. No table to eat at. No cleaning service during stay, only clean towels left at door daily. Swimming pool directly on street. Halls smelled strongly of some cleaning product. Bathroom mirror had some black stains on it. Did like the full size fridge.

There was an issue with our room but the staff got it taken care quickly and put us in another room with a better view, the only negative side is the parking but even that wasnt horrible. Enjoyed our stay there for sure

Location on the boardwalk was great and the view of the beach and the ocean from our balcony was perfect. Dining, shopping and amusements were only minutes away. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Let me start off by saying this isn’t a high end resort, the building is a bit older and it shows. However don’t let this stop you from staying here. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The location is great. You can walk to the boardwalk area, see the sky wheel from your balcony (if you have ocean front view) and the beach is right there. Definitely recommend staying here if you want a price friendly stay with great staff.

This is a budget friendly property so keep that in mind when booking. It is an old hotel and it shows. The parking is not the most convenient. Area around hotel is for unloading only they have parking lots for stay parking. That being said it is very walkable to all the boardwalk activities and the ocean view is good . Beds were comfortable. Water was hot. Refrigerator cold.Overall about what I expected for the money. Would stay again.

I was extremely skeptical solely because i normally stay with Hilton and Marriott. This place has exceeded my expectations and then some. Staff was extremely Polite, welcoming and friendly. I’ll happily stay here again over the summer. See you again soon!!!
