They stay was awesome had a great time the 2 nights we stayed!!! My only complaint is that the parking is to small for bigger trucks, other then that everything else was perfect definitely going back again

Our first time staying here at the Beach Colony Resort. We are a family of four with two teenagers and we booked a suite with two rooms and two bathrooms. It worked out beautifully for us. The picture of the room with two beds was their room. My wife and I had our own room and bathroom! This resort has a restaurant, Cannonballz, and an outside bar that also does cocktails, if you, like us, prefer non-alcoholic drinks. It has a lazy river with well-inflated tubes, two outdoor pools, an outdoor hot tub, an indoor pool and indoor hot tub. It also has an arcade room. Lots of fun stuff. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The beach access is great and they have a foot washing station along the way as well as a large washing station near the pools, that also includes a shell washing sink! We liked the hammocks as well. The trees all light up at night which sets a great landmark if you take a night time beach stroll. Pros: We loved the full kitchen. We also really appreciated the washer and dryer in our bathroom. It made washing swimsuits, clothes and towels easy. If you get a room without the washer and dryer there is a Laundromat in site! Our room was clean and spacious. There were lots of renovation projects going on, new paint and such that made the resort look new. Lots of electrical outlets make up for no charging ports. Cons: The cons are more nit-picky than real cons. Flimsy curtain and very thin blanket.

Liked the location and amenities. The bar tender was very nice. Need more house keeping work done. Never saw any pool towels only where to put them. Never told us about the house keeping but didn’t get stocked or service in 4 nights. I wish security would monitor more. Had hard time sleeping. People outside in pool area and a couple arguing on their balcony from 2:00 am past 3:00 am. Vomit did sit on carpet near elevator for couple of days. Could be much better if they would address some issues

The rooms are really dirty. The mattress was so uncomfortable you could feel the springs. The pullout had bugs in it. I will never stay here again!

It was very nice the outdoor pools were way better then the indoor pool. The indoor pool was or looked dirty. The staff is very nice. I wished they sell breakfast but other then that i would stay again

The place wasn’t bad it just needs some upgrades. The bathroom tubs are very old. And they need to make guest walk away from Jr property to smoke because the room’s smell like cigarettes and in the hallways. They need more staff in the bar & grill it was 1 person doing everything. She was the cook cashier and the barmaid.

The angle view was not really a view at all, I could not see the beach, only the parking lot. The room was spacious though. Also I did love the outside part of the resort. Lots of pools and activities for everyone in the family. The bar at the resort was also nice.

Enjoyed the property and the staff were polite and helpful.the room could have been cleaned a lot better had to clean the fan it was nasty and the bathroom needed more attention on the floor the whole room needed dusting. Overall had great time.

I was very disappointed that there were no parking available and I had to park in a public parking area. Also the room especially the bathroom needed updating. The hook was broke Ken on the door so we could not fully hook the door, however the lock was working.

My kids and I enjoyed the ocean view room; the hotel staff is very kind. The rooms are ok but I would Just say they need to replace the rugs and the cushions to the sofa. They looked a bit dirty and it’s time for them to get new one. Overall not a bad place to stay at

The Resort itself was nice, the Condo that we stayed in was very comfortable, the view that I had from the 18th floor was very Beautiful, and the Staff was professional and polite, the only problem that I had was certain type of people were privileged, meaning that they can smoke cigarettes wherever they wanted and also had pets all over the Resort, the Resort supposed to have been Pet and Smoke free, also the Parking Garages Mirrors was very small that you couldn't tell if another car was in approach, overall I would definitely stay again
