Expedia did not alert potential customers about the $250 hold places on one's credit card to check in, in addition to my entire week's stay. Also, the app does not work properly. I tried to schedule a cleaning of the room two nights in a row (and you must do it 48 hrs in advance), so I did not get clean sheets and a clean room, emptied trash, etc. There were times when I waited for a staff member for 30 minutes to schedule the cleaning, and nobody showed.. Not something I want to deal with again.
