Great location. Friendly staff. A bit noisy. They should invest in door stoppers - we could hear the doors closing all night. Thin walls. They should ditch the plastic ustensiles ans single-serve pack of nutella and peanut butter... we are in 2020. Rooms are great, good size. One bed was comfy, the other not.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait pour les gens qui cherche le calme Ya un Mac Donald et burger King juste à côté plus d'autre restaurant la plage très propre après traversé la rue principale de coline avenue, l'état de l'hôtel en général et moyenne , les chambres sont petites le lit est confortable la propreté je donne 3 sur 5 Parce que les femmes de ménage font pas leurs travail correctement le petite déjeuner vous attendez pas à grande chose simple café pas bon begel fromage œuf en plus c'est le même menu tout les jours. Le stationnement coûte 28$ sur place par jours En général je donne une note de 3 sur 5.

Un bon rapport qualité prix
Hôtel situé à Sunny Isles Beach un peu plus loin de l’effervescence de Miami. Le petit dej est correct mais il est préférable de venir avant 9h car après c’est la cohue et le personnel est dépassé. Le personnel est sympathique les chambres sont propres. Le seul bémol ce sont les serviettes de piscine passe 17h il n’y en a plus et ce tous les jours c’est Dommage. Le service de voiturier est efficace.

Bon hôtel même sans voiture
Bon hôtel disposant d’une cuisine dans la chambre, bon wifi lit confortable avons été surclassé dans une chambre avec balcon. Le petit déjeuner est bon il y’a du nutella. Il est facile de manger dehors même sans voiture (nombreux restos , walgreen et publix à moins de 700m. Le seul regret les sargasses sont arrivés sur la plage de Miami ce qui rend pas belle la mer . Concernant les frais de services ils offrent un service que pour 2 alors que nous sommes 4 dans la chambre (2 transats à la plage)

Amazing service, good breakfast-athough same breakfast menu on all the three days of my stay in the hotel, reception staff very active and helpful- special mention to Anubha and Maggie who have been very kind and receptive. The hotel is in a very quiet and peaceful location. Ocean is just few steps away, with clean water and serenic beauty. There are few shopping complexes close by on the collins Av which won't let you starve and provide with all basic necessities. Hotel has a nice pool at the 9th floor with a decent view and restaurants that offers nice food. All in all, 5 star rating goes without second thought.

I did not like that there wasn't a parking area that was accessible to guests, also that there wasn't a sufficient smoking area.
