Magnifique hôtel, architecture dans le style Art Deco de Miami Beach, superbe décoration dans une végétation luxuriante. Le service est impeccable. Hôtel très bien situé, sur l'avenue Collins où se trouvent restaurants et commerces et à deux pas de la plage.

Bel hôtel très mal géré
L’hôtel est très beau… MAIS… j’avais réservé une chambre King avec balcon pour 4 nuits. À mon arrivée je vois que le balcon est minuscule et donne sur un carrefour extrêmement bruyant. Je demande un changement, on me dit que pour la première nuit, c’est impossible mais on me promet que le lendemain on me donnera une autre chambre. Le lendemain je prépare les bagages mais l’après-midi on me dit qu’il n’y a pas de chambre disponible, mais on me l’a promet pour la prochaine nuit. Je refais mes bagages le lendemain puis vais à la réception pour m’assurer que tout est ok. On me confirme que c’est ok et quelques heures plus tard la réception m’écrit pour me dire qu’ils souhaitent me montrer la chambre. Quand j’arrive à la réception on me dit qu’ils n’ont pas de chambre à me montrer. Cela est indigne d’un hôtel de cette catégorie. De plus, j’ai dû demander qu’on m’amène du gel douche et des capsules de café que le personnel de nettoyage ne remplaçait pas. Lors de mon check-out la réception a voulu me refaire payer la totalité des nuits alors que cela avait été payé sur hotels.com. L’hôtel est très bien situé, la piscine a du charme, les chambres sont jolies, mais le personnel est complètement perdu et incapable de tenir ses engagements. C’est vraiment dommage.

Lovely property! Really chic and super close to the beach. The shuttle was great and we used it several times to get around the Miami Beach area. Located close to a CVS as well which was great. Hotel was really modern & the pool area was gorgeous. No complaints!

Honestly one of the best properties I have stayed at in Miami. Rooms were very clean and spacious for our week long stay. The bartender, Cristiano, was one of the nicest individuals we had ever met making our experience one of the best. My only downside being that the front desk staff is a bit cold and unfriendly.

We loved the boutique feel and atmosphere. Housekeeping provided consistent service. We received a room in a quieter section of the hotel as requested. The bartenders were friendly and easy to talk to. The Lennox is located in a walkable area with plenty of restaurant options. So, it will definitely be our Miami hotel if we return.

The only issue I had was with the check in process and lack of good customer service from the front desk. I have to say my room was cleaned everyday for the 4 nights I stayed. The golf cart service was great, very convenient. Thank you Carlos and Leonardo.

Despite the room supposedly being noise proof, this was not the case. Loud bass for a lot of the night could be heard, and the room itself had a load heart beat which I think was the air conditioner. The room was fairly clean but the floor was all messed up and made noise in certain spots. The TV was not working correct and would lose internet and phone every half hour. Maintenance came to look but had no idea how to fix it, so I let them go so that we did not just have a guy in our room standing there for an hour. No effort was made at all to get us into a room a little earlier than 4pm. The beach service closes at 5pm and check in is 4pm… the only thing that was good was the pool area and the food.

Cute boutique hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our room was right off the pool and it was quiet. Our room had two queen beds (my husband and I and two teenage daughters) it was enough room for us as we spent most of our time outside. Exercise room had what we needed, it was clean. Very convenient to beach access and we walked everywhere! Wonderful boardwalk along the beach that went for miles. The hotel provided two beach chairs with an umbrella that was set up at the beach. The hotel is about a half mile from the shopping area, easy walk.

There were numerous people bringing outside food i to the hotel and eating in the pool area, but for some reason, they told us to leave the property. And our room wasn’t ready by the promised time. The room was dirty, they did not clean daily, ran out of towels, TP, no coffee pods, etc etc

It is very clean, comfortable and a great combination of down to earth with a cool modern design. We enjoyed the golf cart rides that take you anywhere 1 mile around the hotel. Beach chairs and Umbrellas are complimentary and beach access is just a short walk across the street. There is a restaurant/club that plays loud music until 3am which you can hear depending on where your room is located. It didn't annoy us too much but we had to use earplugs which worked great luckily.

we stayed for 4 nights and all this time the lift was out of action. As part of the resort charge they have e-bikes which were in a bad shape and one helmet was broken without a replacement. At the end they wanted to charge for a breakfast that we didn't have.

Disappointed to not get offered a welcome drink after a 19 hour journey. Reception staff quite rude. Too busy talking to each other. Room was lovely but storage space was awful. Lighting in room very poor. Toiletries really nice-Molton Brown. Ridiculous to only give you 2 coffee pods and one tea bag for a 5 night stay. Asked for a kettle and we bought some milk and teabags. Pool area was relaxing. Young Argentinian lad who served us at the pool bar was fabulous. Good location for south beach bars and restaurants.
