Nous aimons beaucoup cet hôtel. Nous y avons fait plusieurs séjours (avant Covid). Il est propre et le personnel est agréable. Cependant, nous regrettons le changement de formule de petit déjeuner ; nous trouvions le buffet plus simple. De plus, à cause des fortes pluies, il y a eu des gouttes d’eau qui coulaient du plafond. Cela n’a pas duré longtemps et ça n’a pas gâché notre séjour.

Idéalement placé.Le hall de l'hôtel est très sympa,mais une fois sorti de l'ascenseur pour arriver à la chambre, grande déception. Les couloirs sombres.La salle de bain très vétuste, minuscule,on ne peut rien y poser. Une chambre très peu chaleureuse. Juste à côté, le Crest, moins cher, un hall plus modeste mais très sympa.

Déçue par cet hôtel. Une drôle d’odeur se sent dans tout l’hôtel. Les femmes de ménage à 8h30 du matin un dimanche qui « parlent » extrêmement fort lorsqu’elles font le tour des chambres. Mais prix convenable pour la situation de l’hôtel.

Nous avons passés 10 jours dans l'hôtel albion. Très bien personnels accueillants souriants et très réactif. Les chambres disposent de tous les équipements. Le petit petit déjeuner est très bien a ec des prix abordable et des produits de qualité. Idéalement situé, tout dans les environs, plage à 5 min à pied, licon road idem, ocean drive 10 min à pied, tout commences au pied de l'hôtel. Merci a toute l'équipe.

Sur le site de hôtel.com piscine et restaurant sur place une fois arrivé pas de restaurant et piscine en travaux pour encore plusieurs mois..le jour du départ il fallait libéré la chambre à 10h imperativement.poutant séjour de 7 nuit et les inconvénients supportés ( piscine et restaurant) Impossible de négocier un départ à midi. Qualité en chute à l’Albion South Beach Hotel
J’avais été très satisfait d’un précédent séjour, début février 2023. Je suis donc retourné en confiance, mais cette fois je suis très déçu. Piscine en travaux, OK je veux bien, mais impossible de prendre un bain de soleil. Wifi catastrophique. « C’est un service gratuit », me dit la réception! Réponse indigne: je paie cher une chambre pour ce service gratuit. Le wifi est gratuit chez Starbucks ou dans nombre de commerces de Miami Beach. Enfin, si ma chambre était propre, que dire de la terrasse attenante au lobby? Rarement nettoyé, au point que les moustiques en ont fait leur terrain de prédilection. Et mes plaintes au manager m’ont tout juste valu un remerciement, et encore moins un remboursement partiel!
Ces mégots sont restés sur la terrasse pendant plus de 24 heures avant d’être nettoyés… par un gros orage!

The property was very clean. The staff was very friendly but the room was VERY small. And the window was obstructed with tape all over it. The neighbor was not respectful when closing its door and a member of the staff entered my room while I was taking nap, even though I had a sign not to disturb It was a very good experience overall. My third booking in this hotel but I won’t be back anymore… Price Too high, room very small, you canot sleep because the bar of the hotel is too noisy and next to the room… It’s my second time the pool was closed because renovating, and they told me we can have a sunbed at the beach because of this inconvenience and when I was asking for it they said « no you book before November and it’s not included » So I choose an other hotel next to this one cheaper and really much better, and with a big and beautiful pool.

Bon petit séjour sans chichis
Pour un séjour en solo en vacances en mode repos. Difficile de battre l’emplacement (a moins d’exiger d’être en front de mer mais c’est plus cher et parfois moins bien), proche de pleins de commerces et de restaurants. J’ai bien aimé la piscine, très agréable pour se rafraîchir, et de bonne taille pour faire quelques longueurs. Le beach walk très proche où je suis allé courir tous les matins ! La chambre était confortable et propre. Je n’ai pas pris de petit déj.

Hôtel de charme très bien situé en plein centre de South beach, et à deux blocs de la mer et de Lincoln road. Il possède une piscine et un tres beau patiot arboré. On y apprécie le calme.

Very Nice and Clean Property!! Didn't get to use the new pool but it will be available in July for use. I stayed here for the xbiz event going on near by and it made it convenient for parking and walking. They have a restaurant on the second floor and a gym!! I enjoyed this property very much!!

I was pleasantly surprised when I found this hotel for my last minute two day trip to Miami Beach to coordinate my storage & final moving truck to New York City. Not only an amazing room rate but a very accommodating front desk staff who allowed me to securely leave my luggage early that morning until check-in time at 3pm. The gentleman who helped me was so welcoming, he offered me the chance to chanfe my clothes into something more comfortable and refresh myself ( a small detail that makes all the difference and is remembered forever) Upon cheking into the hotel, the same gentleman informed me that they had upgraded me to a King Room, which came unexpectedly and brought a much needed smile to my stressful day. A complimentary cocktail ticket and two room keys completed this welcoming arrival. A very comfortable and cozy King size bed was what I needed and delivered a 10 hour sleep. The water stream from the bathroom faucet was really poor and it took me twice as long to shave that evening. The TV was a bit challenging to get proper cable service as I all I got on the screen was "NO SIGNAL". These two issues were immediately addressed and resolved by the hotel staff after I left my room heading to dinner that night. When I returned everything was working beautifully and no further issues. The next day during the afternoon guests from the room across from my room with two children who decided to turn the quite hallway into a race track and slamming their door so hard.

Good stay at property, staff were very friendly really enjoyed the bar. The room did smell a bit musty and the air con was also quite loud at night but served its purpose for a one night stay before the cruise and would stay again !

The pool is a shambles, it’s a pile of rubble. It should not be an option on Expedia when selecting “swimming pool” (even if it’s in the small print that it’s not currently available). That’s just false advertising. Rooms are dated But, But, I cannot speak more highly of the staff Tony the bartender in the cocktail lounge is awesome! He deserves 10 out of 5 stars - absolute legend!!

Tower or Terror vibes! Approaching this “fine”establishment, illuminated as LBION (the letter A being broken) we had a sinking feeling. Don’t believe the professional photos, this place is incredibly dated and dirty. Getting into the elevators was like time travel. The room was depressing and musty. I get the safety issue of not having windows at height that can fully open, but you can’t even crack them open an inch meaning the only flow of air is through an aircon unit likely from the 70s. Don’t expect much oxygen here. The furniture was cheap and likely been there since the birth of Jesus. The ironing board was broken, the hair drier dirty and had no nozzle. The cheapest you could possibly source. The curtains were filthy and the overloaded extension lead was a fire waiting to happen. Don’t expect a good night’s sleep either, unless you’re one of those people that won’t wake to an air horn. It’s noisy almost all night and can hear a pin drop from the corridors due to no soundproofing. Plus the maids roam the halls from the early hours with their walkie talkies going off constantly. Also, white shower curtains? Was this the Psycho by Hitchcock set? Fittingly, the bathtub was so chipped, it looked like a body has been chopped up in it. To top it off, 1hr before check out there was a knock at the door, I didn’t even have the chance to respond before the cleaner just opened the door on me in partial undress, despite the ‘Do not disturb’ sign hanging on the door.
