Hotel bien situe mais le parking est très chère et pas à l’hotel. Les appartements sont petits, sale et vieux. Je n’y retournerai pas

hôtel à retenir
hôtel calme est bien situé pour ceux qui concerne les accès aéroport (près de la gare Sky Bus) et les accès aux centres commerciaux tel que DFO ou Chadstone (navette gratuite).

1er séjour à Melbourne
Appartement non prêt à notre arrivée. Heureusement ce jour là il y avait bp de check in et j'ai pu rapidement obtenir satisfaction de la part de l'hôtel. Le point noir c'est qu'il n'y a pas de réception, pas de téléphone ds la chambre au cas où, pas de 2ème clef... Serviettes et draps changés ts les 3 jours, appartement bien équipé, bien situé près du tram et des magasins... à recommander en espérant avoir un appartement ds les étages supérieurs.

Super appartement, très propre, cuisine bien équipée, état neuf, vue magnifique sur la rivière et les grattes-ciel. Juste ça aurait été parfait s'il y avait une baignoire à la place de la douche.

Location and price was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Property was good all round, the only issue I experienced was the hot water was mildly warm on the one morning… not quite sure what happened there.

My phone, hair colouring disappeared from my room, and my wallet was also touched as my cards werent in the same spots/upside down Im very ocd and leave things in certain places, to test housekeepers and this happened

I did like the apartment it was clean and the view was excellent. It had all the conveniences you would expect but emptying your own rubbish before you leave was a first. The reception staff need a good shake up like wearing a uniform may help and better communication would be good.

The apartment is very tired looking - needs a renovation. The furniture was grubby and the bed was like sleeping on a rock with springs making noises when you moved.

We had a fantastic night stay. We had last minute change of plans and had to stay in Melbourne so it was a very last minute 9.30pm booking and it was no problem. Very easy quick booking and check in with friendly staff at front desk. Apartment was beautiful and clean, beds were comfortable. We left again by 6am so didn't get to experience much of the hotel but what we did we were very happy. 10/10

Space wise and design it was very good size. But carpet floors, furniture was very dirty and so stinky, some of appliances were broken. when we told them just, they said we fix it ASAP, but they never did.

We enjoyed the views, sadly traffic train noise kept us awake. We had an emergency and had to leave one day early, staff advised because we used Expedia there would be no refund . Very disappointing

Great location and value for money, good facilities, and friendly staff. Water maintenance was being done during our stay so water in bathroom was a bit brown and the dishwasher was out of order. Dusty in places but overall clean. Good views from our floor and good location, easy check in, helpful staff, comfortable bed. Railway and nearby roads and construction work were noisy but to be expected.

Property is walking distance to casino and marvel stadium and most city sights. Room is quite small being a superior room no tv in the bedroom and the bed was two single beds pushed together and very uncomfortable.

Nicely updated, clean and safe. Our o ly problem was a very strong floral smell that made it difficult to sleep. They need to lighten up on the spray, could be a health hazard. The desk was often to busy to answer questions or respond to your needs. Should have 2 people at all times.

This hotel was filthy. Stains all over walls, carpet, ceiling and furniture. Mould throughout bathroom - very very disappointing. Great location though.

Despite check in being at 2pm, when we arrived at 3.30pm our room was still not ready. There weee also others sitting in the lobby waiting for their rooms. There was also a couple whose bags had gone missing. This was all very stressful on everyone involved.
