Property was lovely, some good amenities, rooms just ok. Rooms were not cleaned during our stay, beds were made and towels refreshed, mini bar serviced on occasion but that’s it. Sinks, tubs not cleaned during our entire stay. Asked for 3 days for face cloths and hand towels before receiving. With the exception of a few lovely and helpful staff members, service was slow and truculent. We were Club service members and every time we went into the Club Lounge we encountered apathy and attitude, and were made to feel like our asks were putting out the team, for things like dinner reservations, check out clarification, etc (save the last time we went in, for check out - which took forever but the associate was at least helpful - after refusing to check us out initially). Service in restaurants, with a few exceptions, was same. Staff seem disengaged and bothered by guests. In La Parisienne we had a sweet breakfast server who got our order wrong 4 times. We actually were willing to play along and continue to repeat our order because she was one of the few pleasant servers. I also know we are coming out of a pandemic and supply chain issues are abound, but food was mediocre at best, and claims of premium liquor (in mini bars, available throughout the resort for a club members) were just untrue and when we tried to order bottles of wine (at our additional expense) from the wine list, all three options were unavailable.
Very disappointed and will not return to Sandals.
