The hotel was average. We arrived quite late. And we wanted to enjoy the roof too view with a drink but the rooftop bar was closing. Reception did not tell us to hurry to go up there. The rooms are spacy but kind of poor quality furnitures. For one short night between two flights this is a fine hotel.

Le personnel manque de savoir faire au niveau du nettoyage des chambres ainsi qu'au restaurant sur le toit. En revanche, tout le personnel est sympa, respectueux, souriant, c'est un bel hôtel, j'y retournerai volontiers. Bien placé. J'ai oublié la lenteur des ascenseurs. Les chambres sont magnifiques, confortables.

Très belle vue au dernier étage
Bel hôtel, chambre classique mais qui comporte tout ce dont on a besoin. Petite piscine au dernier étage mais très grand restaurant à côté avec une très belle vue, très fréquenté le soir. Nous avons même eu le droit à un concert. Le personnel est très agréable, j’ai même pu les déranger la nuit pour avoir accès au business center.

Room should be prepared with amenities such as fridge being workable, airconditioning turned on, and some moisturizer without being requested when you arrive. TV sounds needed a bit of maintenance. Not sure how good the spa is, tried to go in twice to inquire/book but there were no staff available in the spa room. Overall, nice place with a 360⁰ rooftop view with swimming pool, restaurant, and bar.

What I loved the most was it was a safe place to stay. Always friendly and the pool area was always kept clean. They always held the door opened for you coming and going. It is close to the airport too but give yourself time to get there because its always busy.

We enjoyed our staff, we especially loved the rooftop pool area for our kids. We also enjoyed the beautiful view. The only negative comment I have is regarding the food at the restaurant, it really could use some work, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This was my second, outstanding stay at the Grand. I stayed for 10 nights this trip. I was treated like royalty. Ivy at Reception gave me an upgraded room and floor — resulting in a panoramic 29th floor view. Dannah was my housekeeper and was very attentive, conscientious, and accommodating. Darius the doorman was unfailingly welcoming. I have received the best hospitality here! TEN stars! I’ll be returning again in a couple weeks and can’t wait.
