Thin walls. You will hear footsteps, luggage, talking, TVs, and, in my case, a couple fighting. The bed was hard as a rock. My room wasn't cleaned or spruced up for my three nights there. The desk staff was pleasant and professional for the most part. Considering what I had to pay to stay, my level of expectation was unfortunately higher than they were able to meet. However, at their normal prices, someone might find its faults acceptable for a regular night's stay. I was in town for graduation and was charged double, which wouldn't have bothered me had the room been quiet and or cleaned and fresh towels left. It is otherwise ideally located. A unique feature of this hotel’s lobby is its setting as a casual social spot where people lounge, play pool, eat, and meet all in the common area, which is a little surprising for a new guest but may be ideal for some.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We apologize that is wasn't quite the experience you were expecting. We did check with housekeeping on your service on the Saturday and Sunday it was reported that there was a Do Not Disturb sign up both days. As for your room charges, you booked through a third party that charged you, which we can not see those charges. From the hotel side, we did not have any charges for you. As for our lobby Tru encourages guests to relax and unwind in the lobby and make friends. We do hope you will give our hotel and Tru another chance to provide an enjoyable stay. Thank you again for your time.

The hotel and staff overall were very friendly and inviting but the noise from other guests that stayed there was a little inconvenient. Hotel was very close to many restraunts and the event we went to, however a little bit of a pain to drive around.

It is a good place. My only con is that you can hear everything through the walls. And the air conditioner was incredibly noisy. Other than that it was a nice room. Most important room was clean.

Thank you for staying at Tru Manchester. I understand your concerns regarding the parking fee. Many downtown hotels like ours, don't own their parking lot. We can't always include it in the room costs since many don't drive or rent cars. Hope we will see you again soon.
