The property was clean and well-maintained. We only interacted with the check-in staff and she was very sweet and professional. The lobby has a fireplace which was very inviting and cozy, quiet too. Our room and bathroom were very clean and there were plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. My only suggestion would be to bring your pillow. We prefer pillows with a little more support and the ones here are very soft/flat. Definitely will stay again.

I had reserved two nights and had to leave after one night due to impending snow. Staff was very kind and helpful with making cancellation. I have stayed here before and front desk staff have always been very kind and helpful.

Discovered at 11pm that the sheets had not been changed on the bed. No one answered front desk phone. Had to go downstairs, ring service bell to get assistance. Was handed clean sheets. Had to make our bed ourselves at 11:30 or so.

Comfortable stay
Great stay!! We have stayed hwrw before and it was great but we spent 48.00 on breakfast. If we stay again, we wont eat here but will go our for breakfast! The clerk who checked us in was amazing! Very friendlya. Very helpful and kind!!!

Very convenient access to LU. Arrived and the tv had and all cords had been unplugged. The lady that check is in came up immediately and fixed it. Very pleasant and great stay!

Great until we walked into the room.
The front desk was fantastic and may check in a breeze. Gave us the choice of which floor we would like to be on. When we open the door to our room, there was a haze and a very strong, distinct smell of marijuana. We turned on the bathroom fan and opened the balcony door to air the room out. Not wanting to make a fuss. We did let the front desk know, but did not request to change rooms. Overall decent stay but very disappointing in the odor that seem to linger the entire stay.
