THE BAYSWATER AT B2 LOFTS is in a new building. This studio apartment is located in the heart of Lunenburg's UNESCO World Heritage District. In close proximity are restaurants, museums, shops, public tennis courts, an 18-hole golf course and the Lunenburg Harbour. Sailing excursions can easily be arranged. A famous schooner, the Bluenose, is often in port.

**The space**
The Bayswater studio at B2 Lofts provides a fully-equipped living space, ideal for short visits and longer stays in Lunenburg. It includes a kitchen featuring European appliances, a full bathroom with walk-in shower, a living and dining area with Smart TV, and luxurious linens and Beautyrest mattress, adding to the comfort of your stay. The Bayswater studio loft features unique architectural details including beautiful traditional wood windows and shutters, solid hardwood floors, a sprinkler system, and views overlooking the historic townscape. It is a beautiful property. I have two complaints: It was noisy both in terms of outside noise (someone leaving at 5am making a lot of noise inside and out) and inside - people coming and going, doors opening and closing all made more than ordinary amounts of noise. And, the key lock screen was very hard to activate and didn't seem to respond in any uniform way. Very strange.

Great location
This rental was a great for a place to stay and explore Lunenburg. Super close to lots of restaurants and sightseeing. It was perfect for my husband and I. Keep in mind this unit does not have AC and we were there on a particularly hot weekend so it was hard to get the place to cool down. We were not able to figure out how to open the windows, which we were told could open so maybe someone else can have better luck with that. Didn’t ruin the trip, but definitely worth noting if you’re sensitive to this. There was a bit of miscommunication on the listing amenities that I’m told will be corrected. Otherwise recommend staying here and we would return!

We especially appreciated the absence of perfumed soapa and cleaners and the style and decor of this clean unit. An extraordinary warm week; difficult to cool down the unit, and some street noise-----overall a place to which we will return.

Other then a tricky entry code system which I'm told will be replaced soon, it's a very pretty loft in a fantastic location.
