The staff were all so nice. Upon arrival Janie was so kind and inviting, which I don’t find often when traveling. She answered all my questions and was a great help. The housekeeping staff were all so kind.

This place was horrible. So noisy. Walls were very thin. Elevator was sketchy and made horrible noises that made your anxiety high. As soon as we checked in we noticed a stool with a broken leg and we reported it to the front desk. We paid extra for a room with a couch/pull out bed. When we went to ask the desk for bedding that was not supplied they told handed us a sheet and said that’s all we get. They said there may be a comforter in a drawer but if not they don’t have any. We asked about pillows and they said no they do not have any pillows. We told them we specifically requested the pull out couch for our extra guests and they refused to accommodate them. I paid for services I did not receive. I was talked to rudely when requesting items I was obligated to. We had a very restless and anxiety ridden visit. Everything you’re not suppose to have at “comfort” inn. Do better.

Perfectly clean, room service every day. Full breakfast. Lemon water at the entrance, thick, full comforters (for a hotel). Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, including high-dollar downtown resorts in Dallas.

No frills. Safe place. Comfy bed.
This was the second time staying here at this location and it wasn’t as nice as the first time but it was still worth it. The ceiling in the bathroom had cracked and falling paint. They gave us a bathmat for inside the tub that looked very gross and moldy so we didn’t use it. It didn’t look like they vacuumed the floor as there was a little bit if trash and a pen on the floor from a funeral home but the beds seemed clean. It’s definitely not the fanciest place but it’s in a good area, not a crime ridden area and the beds are clean, the breakfast is good, the people are nice and I didn’t see any bugs so I am content. The tv could be better as there were only local channels that seemed to be in watchable shape but others were staticky and the wifi never worked for my iphone but worked for my partners android. Small things though. Still worth it in my opinion though.

It was very cold and windy when we checked in, so the front desk clerk showed is where to park our car up closer to the back door and elevator. That was really helpful.
