I was overbooked at this property and transferred to another Marriott property. Although that worked out fine, the process of using a 3rd party to book a reservation and then not actually getting a room at the booked property is frustrating and needs to be resolved. The manager was excellent by the way in notifying me in advance and things worked out fine.

Beautiful rooms. The gentleman that helped us get checked in was fantastic. Only downfall was they didn’t have a towels in the pool area. Yes we stayed on a very busy weekend. But should have anticipated for the busy weekend.

Charged me $25 a night for parking which was not in my agreement. Elevators in the parking garage were not working. Had to go up and down the stairs for everything.

My friend and I picked this hotel for location and the parking garage. The stay was fine but his car got stolen from the parking garage. The general manager and his staff didn’t seem to care as if this happens all the time. And if it does happen a lot then maybe they should update the Parking garage.

Sleeps 4 meant a king bed and a child size pull out mattress from the couch. Thw pull out was extremely uncomfortable. The staff accommodated our request for another bed to be brought in to allow sleeping space for 4 adults. It was also not comfortable. Parking is not free.

No continental breakfast available. Rooms cleaned every other day and no microwave available. No business area available with computers and printers. The only good thing about this location is the EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE from the front desk staff.

The room could have been cleaner. There were hair clumps and fake nails on the pullout bed. Not a lot of food options inside the hotel. Parking was easy though.

The stay was great! It was nice and clean, the only issue was someone on our floor has a dog that was barking consistently throughout the night. Did not sleep well at all.
