Séjour plutôt agréable avec ma famille manque de propreté dans la chambre manque d'intimité pour la salle de bain personnel plutôt sympathique une chose qui n'est pas précisé lors du voyage c'est que le parking est payant 60 dollars la nuit en plus de la nuit d'hôtel je ne recommande pas trop

Un hôtel surprenant pas banal. Une terrasse sur le toit avec une piscine. La vue est exceptionnelle. Le quartier est à découvrir Le métro n’est pas trop loin.

Attention aux frais cachés « resort fees » exorbitants. Peu importe la qualité de l établissement, ça gâche pas mal le séjour qu’on nous exige des centaines de dollars supplémentaires en guise de bienvenu au moment du check in. Pratique à interdire, honteux (le site de voyages devra accepter sa part du blâme aussi pour avoir tout fait pour faciliter de telles arnaques.)

Juste pour la piscine en rooftop
Le splendide rooftop et sa piscine ne justifient à eux seuls le prix. Chambre propre, au design sympa, mais vieillissante. Elle s’est avérée être très bruyante car située face à l’ascenseur et à cause des bruits de la rue. Le quartier n’a pas de réel intérêt et est sûrement plus fréquentable en journée.

Nous sommes arrivés vers 1h00 am et le personnel a été si agréable ! Puisqu’il y avait des travaux dans la chambre que nous avions réservé, l’homme nous a upgrade dans une chambre Gigantic... merci !!! Nous avons adoré la chambre. Des ouvriers ont refait le tapis durant notre séjour et nous nous en sommes à peine aperçu, ils commençaient plus tard donc nous n’avons jamais été réveillé par le bruit, très respectueux! Mon conjoint était bien satisfait du gym aussi. L’emplacement est parfait : à côté du Métro où nous pouvons nous rendre facilement aux places touristiques et au Dodgers Stadium... tout près de plusieurs restaurants, du Central Market, Angels flight, etc. Le seul inconvénient c’est qu’il y a eu une fête privée lors d’une journée de mon séjour, j’avais incroyablement envie d’aller à la piscine après une longue journée de marche, mais elle était réservée pour la fête. Je comprends que ça ne doit pas arriver souvent :) ... Sinon... 5/5

Rates should be lowered during this transition period/remodel. I was a frequent guest of the prior hotel and it doesn’t make sense to charge the same without having the same fun. Good luck!

I was very nervous on the way to the property a lot of homelessness was very nervous but once I got to the facility and realize that valet and underground parking available I felt way more at ease I would not recommend walking around the town but as far as the facility very secure and safe. It is not the hostel's fault by any means of what's happening around it. But the facility itself is very nice for the money

The hotel computer systems were down during checkout so credit card transactions, elevator access, and room access was not granted to us for our one-night stay. Security had to let us into all areas. Highly inconvenient. Also the rooftop hot tub is under construction, which I didn't see noted on their website or ads on Expedia..

Hotel is an older hotel with upgrades. Room was transparent yet elevators and mini fridge were definitely older. Staff was amazing and helped with any and all issues.

In Downtown LA; stayed there because the hotel for the conference I was attending was full. Very expensive for the (lack of) amenities. Odd room design with NO privacy between sleeping area and shower/toilet area. Parking was goofy. Pool was "being remodeled" so not available. I was told that housekeeping would only be provided on request but came anyway on my 2nd day--kind of disturbing to find that someone had been in my room. Would not recommend

It gave me chills that someone knocked on my door at 2a.m asking for a woman it made me feel like it wasn’t secure if he wasn’t a guest how did he make it upstairs. There was a club attached to the property and was extremely load music to the point I felt the vibrations of the music laying down the whole place was sketchy and I had to ask for new bedding because they were changed from the previous stay there were visible stains on the sheets and linen
