Every thing seems good but the air conditioner is kind of noisy at night. I am not sure of the only one room due to the location—-we stayed in the corner room.

Tony and Emma at the front desk were super nice. Gloria and Maria from housekeeping were so sweet and willing to help. I really liked the key card access to all the areas. It made me feel extra safe. The grounds were very clean and well maintained.

Our hand lotion container was falling off the wall and was not refilled at all. They took all our large towels and did not replenish them, leaving a hand towel to dry off. The parking garage door needs to be unlocked to access it easier from the hotel.

Unfortunately, the front desk staff didn’t seem to care about customer service. Although we asked for early check-in for two rooms, we did not get it. As a matter fact, one of the rooms wasn’t even ready until 5 o’clock. And then then, unfortunately, they gave us a room with one king bed instead of two double beds, which is what we requested. When we pointed this out, they said there were no rooms available on that floor and our family had to be split up between two floors. Also, disappointing that they don’t offer free Wi-Fi considering the cost. The shower in our room was almost impossible to work. The hotel is severely understaffed in terms of cleaning services, which is why they explained it took so long for us have our room ready. Also, their signature cookies have walnuts in them, despite the fact that so many have nut allergies

We asked for two rooms for our 4-person family. We asked for early arrival. Turns out our 1st room wasn’t ready till regular check in (4:00). Our second room wasn’t ready till 5:00. And they gave us a room with a queen bed even though we asked for two doubles. The people working at the front desk were young, inexperienced, and didn’t seem to care about customer service. We got a lot of attitude.

This was a great place to stay. Some parts are dated. However the staff and amenities made it great. The rooms and balcony area was amazing.

Conveniently located in the Five Colleges area. Quiet and comfortable, with a swimming pool. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was outdated. This is the only hotel I’ve been in in the last decade that charged for Wi-Fi. As we were checking in, the staff was arguing with another customer about this. Front desk folks seemed a little cold…The elevator was tiny & seemed to struggle getting our family of four up to our floor. On the plus side, our room appeared clean.

The beds are small and uncomfortable. They have doubles for 2 people. You can also hear the people above you anytime they got up and walked around all night .
