Property owners are rude and controlling. I was extremely grossed out by the way they treated the manager in my presence. And the day I checked out I found live bed bugs which I reported to the office who would only refund $40 of the almost $200 I paid to stay 2 nights. To top it off, they accused me of planting the bugs!!! I am outraged.

I am the manager working for town house motel.the owner treat me well all the time .they all ways treat the customer nicely . in this case it is all about the different rates that i put on paper. they were just making sure about it. we checked the room after they left we could not find any bedbugs even though we call the pest control company and treated that room.sorry for any inconvenience.

Owner/manager very friendly, available, and accommodating. He is working hard on improving the property but the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the selection of TV/movie channels was awesome.

The motel was clean, although it was very run down. The decor was unappealing. There were people about at all hours in the parking lot and on the walkways, although I had local people informing me that it was still a better option than other locations.

i had just walked into my room after fighting my way through the drug addicts in the hallway when I opened my bedside drawer and find: burnt foilies from someone smoking meth and heroin. I know that's what they were because I worked with the homeless and drug addicted for a while. I was so disgusted with finding the foils and the torch for smoking that I just grabbed my bags and left. I'm pretty sure the no refund policy at the Town House is because they don't want to give you your money back so you feel trapped into staying. Well not me. Goodbye Town House. I'll never stay there again and if you read this and still book there.........

sorry for the inconvinience. once customer, checked in we have no control over them about their activities in the room, either they smoke marwana or something else. we are sorry that it is a lapse on the part of our house keeper but sometime they hide the stuff in such area that is out of our imgination. sorry Thanks for the feedback. we will take care of this issue next time.

Arrived around 10-10:30pm, rang the doorbell at the office to check in. When the person came out, she looked very angry that I rang the bell. 😧 After a few minutes, (and some effort on my part) they were in a better mood. I booked a jacuzzi room. It took a really long time to fill the tub, ( that was smaller then I thought it would be) it finally got full, and I turned on the jets (which took some work to make them function) and a bunch of nasty black stuff came out of all the jets. When I say a bunch, I mean it was so much that I could not believe what I was seeing. Needless to say, the only solution was to drain it, clean out the tub, and try again. The jets would not turn off, so I could not drain it until they would.....fortunately I am a bit crafty, and was able to turn off the jets. I was not going to bother the office again, so I had to figure it out. By the time I finally drained the thing, I was over it. I checked out, after I explained to the office that the jacuzzi needed some serious servicing/cleaning, they offered me a different room. I declined the offer. So they told me that they would refund me for the room. I was glad that they were quick to make it right with me, and I am confident that they will address the issue right away. I’m still waiting for the refund to return on my card, as long as it does, I feel it was handled properly. As far as the rest of the room goes, it’s an older motel, (so we all know not to expect anything amazing) it was adequate.

I'll be back!
Very good overall. Firm clean beds. Super clean. Lovely, sweet owner. Hot water could've been hotter, barely tepid but it's summer so made it work. And housekeeping knocked on door at 10:30 am to remind of 11:00 am checkout. That's a pet peeve not next time I'll inform them not to bother me. Also the key stopped working 15 minutes before checkout, so will discuss that with front desk in my next visit. Perfect location, quiet and felt safe. Recommended.

DIRTY
This place was so dirty, years of grime on the furniture. The remote was sticky, layers of dust, and it smelled horrible. I refuse to stay here. Staff was nice, but the room was big ZERO.

I booked my room & paid for it via you for 4 Adults, when I got there the guy tried to charge me for having 2 extra people. I refused & he was real rude, but gave me the key. I didnt realize it was a smoking room, but that i could have overlooked & didn't want to deal with the clerk again, so tuffed out the smell. Couldn't take a bath cause the drain stop didnt work. The bed itself was alright, but pillows were so worn out they were useless. Only 2 towels & no wash clothes, but again did not want to deal with the rude clerk....On a good note, water pressure was good & hot & that was the main reason I gave any good Mark's. Would never stay again because of the service more than anything.

When we got in last night it was so cold in the room we just turned on the heater and crawled in bed the heater never really did it warm up the place woke up the morning happened to look at the bed and the sheets are all stained totally gross towels are stained no coffee pot parts are missing out of the Microwave I had to plug the cable box in to get the TV to work this place is disgusting I signed up for best Western and somehow they put me in this place not a happy camper at all

sorry and we try to improve it. In fact we change the sheets, it was CLEANED AND WASHED but some guys who use dye to dye their hair. They might put the stain on the sheets.sorry, it was a mistake by our house keeper who use that sheets. sorry.we checked ac,referigerator and microwave, found ,working.sorry !

This hotel is not great smells like mildew service wasn't great either was so happy we only stayed 1 night but to top it all off we filled out hotel.com survey that they apparently send to the hotel and well what started out saying sorry about your say turns into attacking anything you said was wrong. She is not a professional woman about anything I would never recommend staying there just because of her behaviour alone after doing a survey. Photos attached are the bathroom

Upon arriving the clerk is not very friendly. After check in you enter the room and it's very out dated with old beds, blankets. Old television that doesn't work very well. The bathroom was in need of repair. Big hole in ceiling, mold around the tub. The ceiling was badly watermarked. Carpets were old and need replaced, a long with the not so great air conditioner. At 1030 am the office called saying it was time to pay for another night or it's time to check out. Check out is 11am. McDonalds is right next to hotel and there are stores and other restaurants in walking distance.

Bathroom Dr - had screw in it to keep it closed, breaker panels weren’t even covered, faucet leaking, minimal towels for two adults, chairs stained, you could see crumbs around bed, didn’t even sleep in the bed, wouldn’t answer question as to military or aaa discount. I have about 7 pictures but this will only let me upload one
