Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’hôtel. Nous avons séjourné pour notre anniversaire de mariage. La chambre était très petite, ils nous ont donc surclassé sans frais. Le seul bémol était la salle de bain, baignoire petite et rouillée, du savon resté dans un coin.

Je n'ai pas été accueilli comme un membre de chez hôtel.com Pour le reste, personnes ne parlent français ou une autre langue, c'était écrit polyglotte. Salle de bain baignoire et je peux pas utiliser la baignoire a cause de mon handicap. Le petit déjeuner impossible de le prendre étant donné que c'est ouvert a 6:30, c'était inclus donc vous devriez me rembourser le petit déjeuner. Pour un 4 étoile c'est pas top, le chauffage doit être mis à fond pour fonctionner. C'est sans plus, pas de service en chambre.

Location for one night is ok, you are limited to the hotel for dinner options unless Macdonald’s is to your liking… Looks like all the money was spent on the entrance/lobby area, we were upgraded to a premier room from the standard and can’t imagine what the standard room would look like. Our room looked like my grandma’s basement with a bunch of old mismatched furniture and not very functional…ie no bedside lamps only bright overhead leds that will keep your spouse awake.. For the money in my opinion there are better options. The staff were wonderful and probably the only redeeming factor we could find…

The lobby was pretty and staff were very nice, although the lobby had a flower scent perfume smell. The carpet in the rooms and floors were stained and smelled like flower perfume and a musty smell (these days a lot of people are allergic to scents and most places are scent free). This hotel would be great if they replaced these carpets and put another type of flooring.

I only stayed one night in standard room. There were a drainage issue in the bathtub in my room; and shower in the ladies changing room at the fitness facility as well. Don’t know if other rooms have the same issue? Please check them and fix it. Other than that, I did enjoyed my stay. Staffs are friendly & helpful. Liked the refreshment at the reception. But specially loved their shampoo, body wash & lotion. I visited Bijou bar on the night - their atmosphere & food was excellent.
