Luxe et efficacité garantis
Situé juste à l'extérieur du terminal Eurostar et intégré à la gare de King's Cross, cet hôtel est parfait pour un break luxueux ou un voyage d'affaires. Avec moins de chambres que les autres haut-de-gamme du quartier, l'accent est mis sur le service. Accueillis "comme à la maison", le personnel est efficace, à l'écoute et toujours prêt à rendre service. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien agencées, et la vue n'est pas mal non plus.

Very friendly staff at the reception, in the restaurants and at housekeeping. The hotel lobby, bar and restaurant look disappointing, small and uninviting. Overall the hotel lacks an atmosphere of privacy and comfort. It feels like a modest 3 or 4 star hotel. The room was very small and although it was clean and recently renovated, the room didn't feel luxurious and was uncomfortable in many ways. Also, the bed was built in underneath the large window and was only accessible from one side, which also felt unpleasant to sleep in. The bathroom was done in cheap tiles and the shower was unpractical and comfortless.

Très bon accueil. Hôtel juste en face de la gare St Pancras donc très pratique pour poser les bagages avant d'aller visiter la ville. Taxis et transports en commun au pied des portes de l'hôtel. Chambres très propres et service agréable.

Hôtel très accueillant, a 2 pas de la gare.
Hôtel parfait, aucun bruit, propre, personnel serviable, 2 bars différents (un avec musique, l'autre sans). J'y retournerai avec plaisir. Ils prennent les bagages à l'arrivée en attendant d'avoir la chambre. C'est parfait si vous arrivez en train à Londres.

Bel hôtel, juste en face de Saint-Pancras, chic et confortable. Vient d'intégrer la chaîne Starwood. Bonne table, personnel parfait. Un seul bémol pour moi : la réception est séparée des chambres, ce qui donne l'impression désagréable de déambuler dans un hôtel vide...

Le quartier avec la gare Eurostar à proximité est l'idéal pour des rendez-vous d'affaires. L'hôtel est très moderne, design et propre. Le personnel très professionnel et aimable. La chambre couchette était très charmante et cosy. Un excellent séjour.

L'architecture et l'agencement de l'établissement sont originales. Elégant, modern et design avec de beaux matériaux et de belles couleurs. Très confortable et cosy, il offre un très bon niveau de confort. Le service au bar assez branché et au restaurant très design était irréprochable, L'accueil est très sympathique et professionnel. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la capitale.

There was no tea making facility in the bedroom.i had to walk to the antry area.Meant I could not enjoy morning tea in bed as I had to get dressed. Provide a small kettle and tea bags along with the coffee maker, or make the coffee drinkers walk to the pantry.Even cheap hotels have tea making facilities.Pillows were too soft.

My second visit in a short space of time, and this was definitely the better of the two. While the rooms are generally pretty small they're clean and comfortable and it doesn't take long for this hotel to start to feel like an old friend. The soap dispensers remain maddening though.

Das Hotel ist direkt an den Bahnhöfen King's Cross und St.Pancras gelegen und eignet sich perfekt wenn man mit dem Zug nach London angekommen ist. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und im Haus gibts eine Bar und ein Restaurant. Alles weitere von London ist via Zug, Bus und Tube gut angebunden.

Great location, comfy beds, great staff. We strangely were given a disabled room so our shower had no door so water got everywhere in the bathroom. That was a little strange. And there were several emergency cords in every room you had to be careful to avoid. But being at King’s cross it was super convenient and I would stay there again.

I enjoyed staying in the hotel. It is actually right next store to the domestic train station, so it was super convenient. And in front of the hotel and train station is a major area, where people sit and pass through. I most enjoyed just watching Londoners. London is so diverse. Impressive!

The rooms are on the small side (not unusual for big city hotels), but the room was lovely. It's a very short walk to Coal Drop Yards (with all the restaurants and shopping) and being next to a transport hub (St. Pancras/King's Cross) means that you can get almost anywhere quickly via Tube or trains of various sorts. Every staff member we interacted with was lovely -- helpful, courteous and charming. This was a wonderful (and wonderfully convenient) place to stay!

Great hotel if arriving at Kings Cross for a concert in Camden and a 1 night stay. Room was small but fancy. TV didn’t work as a TV which was annoying but did connect to Bluetooth device for some playlist tunes. English breakfast was tremendous in a posh restaurant setting. Apart from TV fault only thing can mark down is terrible Muzak in the bar and restaurant!

Check in perfect. Welcoming. Easy. We arrived early - and there was no issue in getting our room - or if we wanted to leave our luggage. Breakfast was right up there as well - the staff again - super attentive and couldn't do enough for you.

Remains a delight
Remains a firm favourite, perfect location for travelling by train and getting around London. The facilities are great and the staff very friendly and organised, really can’t have any complaints. We stayed the week before Christmas so could ´hear’ the sounds of the neighbourhood and parties a little more than usual if that is a factor for you but I would not trade the location for that.
